I bought my 2010 Honda Pilot 3.5L EXL from Treasure coast Acura with a brand new 100 month Acura battery. The battery is just over 36-months old, by the build data sticker 11-14. The battery seams to have gone bad. I called in to bring it in to have it tested. Talked with the parts department and they directed me to the service department for some reason, after describing my problem. When I was transferred to the service department and talked to Spiro. I asked to get instructions on how and when to bring it in. They asked where the battery was purchase from and what vehicle it was on and he promptly told me that we don't have Honda Pilot parts, we are a Acura dealer. Then made the example that you do not go to Apple store for Android parts. We do not have Honda parts here. It must be his first day. Bottom line is if you don't have a Acura, even if it is the main manufacture of the vehicle HONDA, don't ask these guys to do anything.. More

Very Disappointed in my recent service I have purchased about 7 vehicles from this dealership and always gotten them serviced here and in the past found the service to be very good. But I was in with my wife's 2015 MDX on New Year's Eve for a 7:30 appointment which we made on line and got a confirmation call the day before. When I got there, they did not have the appointment on their books and did not know why. Victor the service writer did not seem to have much knowledge about the MDX and some concerns that we had. I was there for an oil and filter change. I was the first one there and it took over 2 hours for the service. They washed the car with dirty water and the windows were so dirty that I had use washer fluid to clean the windshield and I got the car washed after I got home. For the first time in about 16 years of getting vehicles serviced here, they sprayed some kind of strong flowery scent in the car. My wife has allergies and we have had to park the car outside running the ac for two days to try to get the smell out. I called and left a message for Victor to call me and gave him my cell phone number. I have never received a call back. I am so disappointed in the service. I don't know what has happened at this dealership but there are many new faces and it does not have the same professional feel that it had in the past. I am not sure that I will be willing to make the 25 mile drive to get my vehicles serviced there. Our family is currently driving 4 Acuras and we may have to find a new place for service. I will say that I spoke to the service technician himself about a software update that he was doing and he seemed very nice. More

I purchased my 2010 Acura TSX bran Absolutely horrible customer service! I would never recommend this deal and at this point neither the manufacturer. I purchased my 2010 Acura TSX brand new off the lot. Over the years I have experienced several problems. I have had to replace all of the door locks due to electrical problems. My engine burns off at least 1 quart to 3 1/2 of oil in under 1,000 miles. I complained about this two years after buying the vehicle. Took it back to Auto Nation Acura Service Department and was told that it was normal for the vehicle to burn 1 quart to 3 1/2 in under 1,000 miles. I have taken my vehicle back to Auto Nation Acura three times in the last 3,000 miles (1,000 miles each time) and each time they found that I lost at least a 1 quart in under 1,00 miles. The Service Department Director was not helpful and rude. She pointed out that because my profession did not deal with cars that I would not know. I spoke to the General Manager and he told me that there is nothing wrong with my car and that it is normal for Acura and Honda vehicles to burn up to 1 to 2 quarts in under 1,000 miles. I was sold a lemon and Auto Nation Acura refuses to take responsibility despite the warranty. Acura recently sent out a bulletin that a select number of vehicles (including my car) were identified as possibly having oil consumption problems. According to Auto Nation Acura Service Department there is "No indication to suggest that my vehicle is experiencing oil consumption problems." This place is disappointing considering when the vehicle was sold to me the representatives were initially helpful. Now they refuse to take responsibility and hold themselves accountable. More

Courtesy Acura is the best car dealer/ auto service that I have ever done business with. I bought my Acura MDX from Courtesy almost 6 years ago, and the buying experience was easy and low-pressure. And I have been bringing it in for service ever since because I find them to be trustworthy and reliable. I live in East Denver and make the 40 minute trek to Courtesy for all my maintenance because I don't trust anyone else and they provide the best service I have ever encountered - did I mention I drive 40 minutes to get my car serviced here! Linda is always friendly and makes the check in/out experience truly enjoyable. All the service consultants I've had dealings with (Lorenzo, Sandy, Matt) are beyond excellent. I never feel like they are trying to "upsell" me or do repairs that aren't necessary. They also explain things in a detailed way to make me feel comfortable with any unexpected repairs. I truly believe they try to do the right thing for the customer. I simply have not had better car service anywhere else, and plan to bring my MDX here for service for as long as I have it . More
This is my 3rd Acura due largely in part to the fabulous service I have received from the service department. I recently moved to Orlando and since I have always had great service from Acura Dealership where I used to live, I figured it would be the same here, the price is usually high, but the quality usually mak great service from Acura Dealership where I used to live, I figured it would be the same here, the price is usually high, but the quality usually makes it worth it. I was wrong. The people at Courtesy Acura were unfriendly and uncaring. It took almost 3 hrs to simply get my tired balanced for $60 and when I went back in my car, the issue I came to fix was still there. I called back to see what had happened and got that uncaring attitude of "bring back the car and we'll see what we can do" I don't have another Acura Dealership in the area but I will have to look for another Garage to service my car. More
