I scheduled my service appointment for 7:30 AM and when I arrived I was told to wait in the lounge until the Service Advisor was ready. I waited 10 minutes and still no one. I had to go back to the Service arrived I was told to wait in the lounge until the Service Advisor was ready. I waited 10 minutes and still no one. I had to go back to the Service to ask when someone would be with me as I had to go to work. Finally a few minutes after the Service Advisor came back and quickly provided the paperwork for me to sign. I later received a call around noon that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I arrived at 5:10 PM and was again told to wait in the lounge. I waited 15 minutes before heading to Service again. Once the advisor saw me he was able to go over the services completed in a quick and detail manner. My biggest issue was the wait time before and after to speak with an advisor especially when an appointment is made due to having to get to work on time. More

Jeff was my service adviser. He was very professional and informative as to the issues I was experiencing with my car were. It has to do with Hope. I always feel like she goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable and confident in the service department. Never feel pressured and she explains things very well.
