Sometimes work is done well and sometimes it’s not. You never know what you are going to get! The folks are great in person but the phone service to schedule or follow up is very lacking in every way. You never know what you are going to get! The phone call messages not returned and the scheduling process is not a luxury experience AT ALL! And the texting once you leave when work is done but have an issue also falls on deaf ears. So moral of story is if you are fortunate to have a good initial call breathe sigh of relief that was a 50/50 shot. Then once work is done and if it’s done right breathe another sigh of relief that was another 50/50 shot that whet your way. If you have to call back or text afterwards forget about it because you are 100 not going to get anyone to respond. More

I was disappointed that 2 of the 4 tires I purchased are more than a year old per the DOT code (5021). Given the limited miles I drive this vehicle the tires will age out long before the tread wears down. more than a year old per the DOT code (5021). The service advisor, Jeff Morton, was excellent and the service was completed on schedule and fully explained - 5 stars for that. I also appreciated having the use of a loaner car and the walk-around video of the vehicle with advice on additional services. More
