Due to a mistake at my local dealership, I had transmission issues and was stranded on the interstate while traveling to Florida. I am a long term customer and had some issues with my MDX and reached out to our dealer in North Orlando. Over 4 weeks period, I called the call center 7 times and each time I was promised that I will get a and reached out to our dealer in North Orlando. Now, I have to make an extra 50 mile roundtrip to Acura North Orlando from my home. As a senior citizen with medical issues, it created avoidable hardship to me. More
