Due to a mistake at my local dealership, I had transmission issues and was stranded on the interstate while traveling to Florida. AutoNation was the closest Acura dealership to where I was visitin transmission issues and was stranded on the interstate while traveling to Florida. AutoNation was the closest Acura dealership to where I was visiting, so my car was towed to them. Julianna was my service representative, and I cannot say enough about how well she treated me. She kept me continuously updated, and the service team was able to identify the issue quickly and fix the problem so that I could have my car back to travel home. I highly recommend the service department, especially Julianna at AutoNation Acura North Orlando. More

I am a long term customer and had some issues with my MDX and reached out to our dealer in North Orlando. Over 4 weeks period, I called the call center 7 times and each time I was promised that I will get a and reached out to our dealer in North Orlando. Now, I have to make an extra 50 mile roundtrip to Acura North Orlando from my home. As a senior citizen with medical issues, it created avoidable hardship to me. More
