I usually don't leave bad reviews but this is for the dealership not the service rep. The service rep was wonderful and always kept me updated. I used to bring my car here for small warranty concerns but dealership not the service rep. The service rep was wonderful and always kept me updated. I used to bring my car here for small warranty concerns but was denied coverages due to people probably not wanting to do the work.. From a seat cushion that was severely defective, a radio concern, and a panoramic sunroof noise. They denied replacing my seat cushion when I am under warranty stating their dpsm denied replacement. Couldn't duplicate my radio concern and said they fixed my panoramic sunroof concern the first time which they did not cause it came back instantly. When I brought the vehicle back in I was in a loaner vehicle for a week or so and then they stated Acura wasn't allowing them to repair my sunroof concern and to wait for a recall or remedy (I have this in a text message from my service rep) which I found to be a lie cause I talked to Fountain Acura and they told me that wasn't true. I brought my vehicle to Fountain Acura in Orlando and guess what??? THEY FIXED EVERYTHING NO QUESTIONS ASKED... Seat cushion was over nighted, radio was fixed needed a software update, and the panoramic sunroof was fixed (tech told me all the bolts that Autonation said "they re-tightened" per TSB were all extremely loose and could be removed by hand!!!) This explains why the panoramic sunroof was popping over every single small bump in the road. I WILL NOT be bringing my vehicle back here for any service work. I will make the 35 minute drive to Fountain Acura in Orlando More

My car was taken in for service maintenance. Lee, the service advisor took exceptional care and professionalism regarding my vehicle and my time. At the onset, Lee informed me of several items needing extra care that was not covered under maintenance. I trusted him for giving me solid advice and the extras were addressed. I informed Lee of an appointment I had later in the day. Soon, before my appointment, Lee informed me my car wouldn't be ready in time so he offered me a loaner of my choice to select from. Lee was professional, well mannered and an exceptional service advisor! I appreciated the use of the loaner in order to make my next appointment. Lee's genuine care and concern was greatly valued. He is a valuable asset to the Acura team in Sanford, North Orlando! Thank you Lee for making this service maintenance visit pleasurable! Kudos to Lee! More
Took the car in for B1 service, recall for the stop/start and re repair on the wind shield wiper system not sending water to the wind shield. We purchased our RDX here in '21 and have been back four times for oil changes and tire rotations and have always been treated with respectful, polite and professional service reps. I was schedule for oil change and tire rotation. They indicated it would take 2 hours. It took 4 hours.
