Salesperson was ok but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP- A HORRIBLE experience. We shopped 4 dealerships today & your dealership was terrible. Salesperson was ok but Used car MGR was the worst I have ever dealt with in my 30 years of buying cars. He would not give me the price for the RDX or my value of our Cadillac. After test driving the vehicle & liking it we needed to go home to give our dog medicine & said we would definitely consider buying but we wanted to look at a few more vehicles including a Infinity. He told us to go there before he would give us a price. I told him I wanted the BEST price. His comment was that’s not the way it works, & that they need to negotiate. I said I won’t negotiate & I just want your best price. He asked what I wanted for our Cadillac & again I said I want the most I can get. He was EXTREMELY RUDE & asked why won’t I tell him what others are willing to pay for my car. I walked out without getting any price. WOW I buy probably 1-2 cars a year & this was the WORST EXPERIENCE of any dealership I have ever been too. More
I was always skeptical of online communication but gave it a try. Let me say that Michael Thomas surprised me from the start. With all his work - I determined that I need to come in and give them a chance. He set me up with Syed in sales and he knew everything that Michael and I spoke about and really kept communication with me during the on-site buying process. They are amazing and would highly recommend anyone in the market for an great service and passionate people in the auto industry - just go to AutoNation Acura in Sanford. It’s not far and a pleasant drive. dealership is clean and team is so organized. Financing a breeze , Luis Camacho was easy to work with as well. They are no joke - as long as your upfront with what you have and need. They keep their word!!! More
I attemptd to get my 2006 Acura TL fixed because the navigation system failed to update the time to DST. I went to the manual and found a way to do it manually but that didn't work so I called for an ap navigation system failed to update the time to DST. I went to the manual and found a way to do it manually but that didn't work so I called for an appointment to have the service department do it (or, preferrably, fix it to do it automatically). I was told to bring it in and no appt. was necessary since it is a simple procedure. I made the hour long trip to the dealership only to find that "they could no longer fix a problem with a 15 year old car". I was shocked and dismayed that a company with such a great reputation would not support the very car that they build right to last a long time. I'm hoping that someone in the dealership will see this and tell me that was a mistake. If so, I am Doug Howe and can be reached at (386) 423-7496. Thank you. More
This place is a joke. I went there to run numbers on an RDX lease. I asked them to evaluate my trade and see where we would be at. I had mentioned that I'm still interested to test drive the Lexus NX. Afte RDX lease. I asked them to evaluate my trade and see where we would be at. I had mentioned that I'm still interested to test drive the Lexus NX. After test driving, the salesman told me since I'm still going to Lexus that there would be no point in showing me numbers. He stated if I truly like the Acura that I should come back with numbers from Lexus and they will beat it. Imagine, I walked out of a dealership not having any idea at all--not even a ball park idea of how much the lease would be or even what my appraisal was. Freaking joke. Thanks for wasting both our time. More
