They sold me a car that had damage underneath. Within an hour of driving the car I heard rattling and pulled over and found the damage (engine shield falling off). I send a picture and the salesman suggested I "just zip tie it back on." The bill to repair from the toyota dealer was a little over $1000. The manager was rude and dismissive and offered no compensation of solution. Never again. Avoid this place. More

Lee and the other Service writers do an awesome job of taking care of your issues and getting you back on the road. The service department and my experiences with them are the reason I keep buying cars fr taking care of your issues and getting you back on the road. I have been going there thru ought the years for new vehicles and the service on them for probably close to 30 years now! 5 cars down and more to come .... KEEP IT UP!! I hear nightmares other folks deal with at other service centers and dealers and how much of a hassle it is, but I have never experienced that and its because of folks like Lee that make it a dream. Thank you for not making it an excellent experience every time .. even when the cost of the repair is uncomfortable .... Timing belts and fun things like that. More
