The wait time even w an appt is outrageous. I had a 9:30am appt. Arrived there early. Checked the car in early. Did not leave until 12:50pm The service itself, oil change, rotation, vent replacement, 9:30am appt. Arrived there early. Checked the car in early. The car was not vacuumed at all. The cup holders were not wiped. Even for complimentary, it was not worth it. More

Before I moved to Florida a few years ago, my Acura dealer was 5 minutes down the road and I always received superb service. (My present RDX is the seventh Acura I've had.) I am extremely happy with the outcome of my 2012 acura, Marcos and the tech he had on my car absolutely killed it from start to finish.
