While everyone at the dealership was professional and polite, I had to return to get a new key fob because one of the fobs did not work. I would have thought that the dealership would check on something polite, I had to return to get a new key fob because one of the fobs did not work. I would have thought that the dealership would check on something simple like that prior to sale or at a minimum notify me that I needed to return for a replacement. Other than this minor item, we love the 2020 MDX thus far. More
