Happy with my ACURA 2023 purchase and rate Sales Agent, Gephte Francois with (6) STARS. Unfortunately, I can’t rate the dealership the same. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism demonstrated Gephte Francois with (6) STARS. Unfortunately, I can’t rate the dealership the same. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the CFS, Kyle Morgan. He was very disrespectful to us. He embarrassed me and my husband in front of other customers by throwing my husband out screaming "get out of my store" and threatening to call the cops and have him arrested if he didn't leave. Simply because my husband stated, "we are not interested in any additional product, please we have been here for a long time and we are tired and hungry and just want to close the deal and go home, just please give us the basic warranty". Everyone heard my husband ask him several times. But, Mr. Morgan just kept disregarding my husband and continued promoting warranty coverage saying “it’s my job, I have to go over warranty if not you guys can come back and sue for misrepresentation of agreement”. He continues for at least 30 minutes. When he noticed my husband becoming a little frustrated with what he was saying he took it to another level and offended my husband by saying, "You are not even the one buying the car, so I really don't have to talk to you or listen to anything you have to say", a remark that was totally unnecessary regardless of any circumstances. Everyone including other customers heard him. In addition, and witness to all of this was the Sales Manager, Jose Burgos. After Mr. Morgan's outburst and prior to closing the sale, we both walked out completely embarrassed. However, because of the time and dedication Mr. Francois demonstrated to us, we felt he should not be the one to pay for Mr. Morgan's behavior and I decided to go back inside and closed the deal. My husband was not allowed inside so he waited outside. As if things couldn’t get worse, while going through the purchasing process, I was offered free Roof Railings and Installation for my vehicle. Completely at no charge to me and of no part of the Retail Purchase Agreement. I witnessed when Mr. Francois went to the manager and got it approved before I made the purchase. I was given a paper confirming approval of the free-of-charge roof railing and installation. But a week after my purchase I receive a call from Mr. Morgan indicating I needed to return to his office and redo my paperwork because Roof Railing had not been added to my purchase agreement. He stated my monthly payment would be increased. Totally unacceptable! I had to remind Mr. Morgan that the roof railing had been offered to me for free at no charge and to no addition to the retail purchase agreement. He placed me on hold and then returned saying it was a misunderstanding. Who does this?? Thanks to Mr. Francois's attention to detail in providing me with proof of approval agreement, I will not be charged for roof rails and/or installation. Mr. Francois's professionalism and interpersonal skills were the foundation of my purchase being completed. AutoNation Acura should be very appreciative for having such an amazing Sales Agent representing their business. Thank you, Mr. Francois!! For everything you did and for assisting me to get my DREAM vehicle. I rate the dealership 2 stars and I will not recommend it to anyone. I am purchasing another ACURA with my daughter but I will be going to Fountain ACURA in Orlando! More
My husband and I, walked in to AutoNation Acura just to test drive an RDX, not really with the intent to buy. We were met by Jay who assisted us and was great to work with. She took very good care of us from beginning to end. She has such charisma, personality and cool aura about herself. With her guidance and support she made the whole car buying experience a great one. She then connected us to Josue the manager who treated us with 100% great customer service. He kept it real with us and showed us that he had our best interest. We felt really comfortable in our decision making. This has not been our first rodeo with dealers but it has been the best one. Needless to say we ended up driving out with the RDX and I have to say that I’m very happy with our purchase. We will go back to them in the future. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. Thank you Jay and Josue and to the entire AcuraNation family. Happy 2023! More
Great car and service techs…. .but beware of Sales….. Unscrupulous, mis-leading, bordering on fraudulent advertising/promotion. But the absolute worse part is their total lack of professionalism, and sense of common decency in business practices to respond when they say they will….which obviously flows from the top. So after having been a loyal Autonation Acura customer for 10 years, I contact the Autonation SE Market President who recommends I introduce myself to Mike Thomas as I look to purchase my 3rd RDX from them. Having received a letter stating my vehicle was worth approximately $28,490 I meet with Mike Thomas who texts me back they are will offer me $22,000 which I found shocking and politely asked why the huge difference. Whether he was clueless, or simply didn’t trust me, he requested proof of the letter which I submitted with a claim he would look into it, after I apologized for bothering him. Never heard back, so I contact the SE President who promises to get the GM, Adam Safdari involved, and guess what? A month has gone by, and no response, nothing, nada, zip. So if you don’t mind being misled, jerked around, having your time wasted, and just being treated like a non entity after having spent thousands of dollars with them….this is your place. But don’t trust me alone…..would HIGHLY recommend you check them out on the Central Florida Business Bureau….. C-, which is pretty sad for a high end dealership, getting a 1.333 out 5 Star Rating. UPDATE - Immediately after posting this review, I get an email from Safdari feigning ignorance of any of this situation…..no apologies, no explanation, complete denial of any knowledge incuding the deletion of my review. Once again……if you like to be jerked around, this is your place! More
