I informed Lee of an appointment I had later in the day. Soon, before my appointment, Lee informed me my car wouldn't be ready in time so he offered me a loaner of my choice to select from. Lee was professional, well mannered and an exceptional service advisor! I appreciated the use of the loaner in order to make my next appointment. Lee's genuine care and concern was greatly valued. We purchased our RDX here in '21 and have been back four times for oil changes and tire rotations and have always been treated with respectful, polite and professional service reps. I was schedule for oil change and tire rotation. They indicated it would take 2 hours. It took 4 hours.
