Absolutely disgusting is the best way to describe these thieves. They will not negotiate their price and everything they have is priced above the market. I explained that fine if they won’t negotiate their price but my price is also Not negotiable. I provided them with one of the valid written offers. When they sent back the.numbers they offered me $4,400 LESS! What they do here is Rip off people who don’t know the real value of the cars. They buy or sell with a friendly smile and act as if they don’t know what they r doing. “It’s corporate” being their excuse. Don’t fall for the act. These kinds of places prey on the elderly who just want to buy a car in peace for a fair price. Not ever going to happen with me which is why it’s So important we have places to read real reviews from real people so people don’t fall victim to these car scams. To put the Cherry on top of this they charge another $995 for “Admin fees”. Pure profit center for them to just take another $1,000. They will say it’s “Corporate” except one problem with that lie! This dealership makes the decision on their own what they will pay for the trade in! They won’t negotiate the price for your car either btw so they want it coming and going. Oldest scam since people started trading anything. Don’t be a victim and stay clear of this place and others like it. Just say NO and take your business elsewhere. Just another used car dealer trying to steal from people who don’t know better. More
I was there for an oil change and tire rotation which was prepaid. As I found out I also needed other fluid changes based on exceeding 30.000 miles costing around $900. I was not made aware in advance that I will need this. Also, I purchased a 4 year oil change and tire rotation for around $1.400 when I purchased the car. For this service, I received a credit for the prepaid services of a little less that $50. Looking at this from and equitable standpoint, I will not purchase this extra package the next time I purchase another Acura. Also, I did not get a complimentary car wash upon completion of the service I received. Thanks More
Dropped my car off the night before for a recall appt the next morning. Received a video explaining the inspection results and recommendations, and car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Only issue I have is that the recall stated the service would only take 15 minutes and it would have been more efficient if I could have brought it in, had it done at the appointed time, and been done instead of having to leave it and get someone to meet me there there and drive me home, then have someone drive me back to pick it up, very inconvenient! The aggrevation started from the moment i was negotiating my trade with the sales manager, Josue Gutierrez. He low-balled me on my trade by thousands of dollars using the sleazy used car sales tactics. I had to haggle with him for hours to get my trade up to what the vehicle is worth. All the people i delt with are extremely hard to get ahold of and never return your calls. I have left multiple voicemails and emails. I was sent out of the dealership with a half a tank of gas. They promised me a check for gas, which 3 weeks later, i still have not received. I roled into my financing having my tag transferred from my trade to the new car. Was sent out of the dealership with a temp tag till my registration comes in from the DMV. In the mean time my temp tag is set to expire in five days now and can't get a hold of anybody to expedite me another temp tag in time before this one expires. More
