We are in the market for a used car. We have purchased a car from this dealership before, and thought we would be treated fairly. The sales associate was very nice, but when it came time to make an offer, car from this dealership before, and thought we would be treated fairly. The sales associate was very nice, but when it came time to make an offer, we offered $2500 below the asking price. The man the sales associate took the offer to, countered with $600 below the asking price. When we stood firm, that decision maker (first time I've ever seen anything like it) came out of his office, sat down across from us, and proceeded to tell us that five years ago it was possible to make an offer of $20,000 on a $30,000 car, but car dealerships don't advertise like that any more, and then there was plenty of babbling about the internet, etc. It didn't make any sense, as our offer was only $2500 less than the asking price on a car higher priced than the example he gave us. I've purchased two used cars in the last three years, and have no idea what he is talking about. We even asked if the sticker price was as low as they would go. If it is a "no-haggle" dealership, advertise as such. We are familiar with those dealerships. But don't tell us how smart you are and how out of touch we are with car dealerships these days. Everyone knows what you're up to. More

Nick was a pleassure to work with, so was the manager on duty and Ventura the finance manager. I had met with Nick previously just looking at some cars about a year ago and all the time I spend with him sho duty and Ventura the finance manager. I had met with Nick previously just looking at some cars about a year ago and all the time I spend with him showing me cars and me not buyiong anything at the time, ay no point I felt pressure into buying anything. So when I was ready to buy I went back to him and bought two cars. His manager was nice to work with me on the "deal" anf the finance manager stayed late ton finish all the paperwork even with a small baby at home. Overall I was happy with the service. More

And I have been bringing it in for service ever since because I find them to be trustworthy and reliable. I live in East Denver and make the 40 minute trek to Courtesy for all my maintenance because I don't trust anyone else and they provide the best service I have ever encountered - did I mention I drive 40 minutes to get my car serviced here! Linda is always friendly and makes the check in/out experience truly enjoyable. All the service consultants I've had dealings with (Lorenzo, Sandy, Matt) are beyond excellent. I never feel like they are trying to "upsell" me or do repairs that aren't necessary. They also explain things in a detailed way to make me feel comfortable with any unexpected repairs. I truly believe they try to do the right thing for the customer. I simply have not had better car service anywhere else, and plan to bring my MDX here for service for as long as I have it . More

Glen made the whole process of purchasing my vehicle very smooth and stress free. I felt at no point pressured to buy the SUV until I was comfortable to processed. I originally put out feelers on Autobytel to two dealers, one local and one a bit more out of town hoping to look into an RDX. Matthew at Courtesy's service was SO much better (don't want to bash the other one local and one a bit more out of town hoping to look into an RDX. Matthew at Courtesy's service was SO much better (don't want to bash the other dealer, but they were AWFUL!) that I was really glad since Courtesy is 5 miles from my house. We tried hard to like the RDX but decided it was a bit small. Matthew was courteous, patient, helpful, honest etc. etc. etc. I got a nice note from the GM after we broke off our interest thanking us etc. and when we ended up deciding to move back to a larger car (we were trading a Lexus RX) we thought we would check out the MDX that we really didn't think we wanted previously. We drove MB, tried to drive a BMW (long story not pertinent), a Lexus, Toyota and looked at Volvo etc. We ended up not only liking the MDX but frankly the treatment we got from Matthew and everyone at Courtesy Acura swung us there. We have bought 5 previous Honda products so the car wasn't the issue. Price and service were and Matthew hit a home run on both. His colleagues at the dealership were terrific, we feel like part of the family there and will recommend Matthew and Courtesy to our friends. GREAT job, very pleased. More
