Glen made the whole process of purchasing my vehicle very smooth and stress free. I felt at no point pressured to buy the SUV until I was comfortable to processed. I originally put out feelers on Autobytel to two dealers, one local and one a bit more out of town hoping to look into an RDX. Matthew at Courtesy's service was SO much better (don't want to bash the other one local and one a bit more out of town hoping to look into an RDX. Matthew at Courtesy's service was SO much better (don't want to bash the other dealer, but they were AWFUL!) that I was really glad since Courtesy is 5 miles from my house. We tried hard to like the RDX but decided it was a bit small. Matthew was courteous, patient, helpful, honest etc. etc. etc. I got a nice note from the GM after we broke off our interest thanking us etc. and when we ended up deciding to move back to a larger car (we were trading a Lexus RX) we thought we would check out the MDX that we really didn't think we wanted previously. We drove MB, tried to drive a BMW (long story not pertinent), a Lexus, Toyota and looked at Volvo etc. We ended up not only liking the MDX but frankly the treatment we got from Matthew and everyone at Courtesy Acura swung us there. We have bought 5 previous Honda products so the car wasn't the issue. Price and service were and Matthew hit a home run on both. His colleagues at the dealership were terrific, we feel like part of the family there and will recommend Matthew and Courtesy to our friends. GREAT job, very pleased. More
I initially contacted Acura through the internet, and Matthew responded to me. At that time, we could not agree on a price/pymt. I than re contacted a few days later, and he than called me with some nu Matthew responded to me. At that time, we could not agree on a price/pymt. I than re contacted a few days later, and he than called me with some numbers. In the end we were able to agree on price/pymt, and I am now a happy owner of a 2012 TL. The process was seamless and everyone at the dealership was a pleasure. After going from an Acura to a Toyota and now back to an Acura, I feel like we will most likely be Acura owners for life. More

Dealt with Mr. Carducci over email and the experience was awesome. We negotiated fairly on a 2005 Acura TL that was sold on his off day. I was reading the reviews on here for Courtesy Acura and I'm really confused because my experience was *nothing* like the ones described in the negative reviews. I called on Saturday and Michael answered I'm really confused because my experience was *nothing* like the ones described in the negative reviews. I called on Saturday and Michael answered the phone. I told him I had a 2007 Honda Civic Sedan and that my payments ($433) were too high for me now. I told him I wanted another 4-door car and that I was considering a pre-owned Acura. My requirements were really just a 4-door car, and I preferred to stay in the Japanese built cars. He told me that he was sure he could help me and asked me if I could come in. I had classes that day, so I told him I would come in the next day (Sunday.) That afternoon, he emailed me a link to the online credit application and told me that I could fill that out before I came in to save time. The next day when I showed up, Michael told me that he'd found the perfect car for me. I followed him outside to their little covered area and he showed me a really great looking Honda Accord (a step-up from my Civic!) It was a 2006, a year older than my Civic, but it had half the miles (only about 26,000.) We drove the car and I LOVED it! We went back in and they showed me a printout with the price and payments and all that on it - my payments were going to be around $285/month. That was great news to me! I was getting a model that was better than what I had, it had half the miles, and I was saving about $135/month on my payment. I told them that I needed to come back the next day because I was waiting to see if my grandmother was going to be able to help me with my down payment or not, and I wanted to show it to my mother. They told me that if I wanted I could go ahead and take the car with me (without signing papers to buy it first, I made sure of that!) and show it to my mom at home, then come back the next day to either buy it or return it. So I took it home and went back the next day with my mom. When we got there, they said there was a small issue with my credit, and that to get the car finance through Honda/Acura Financial, they would need to discount the car more. They told me that Honda would finance me at 8.7%, but only up to a certain amount of money. They said other banks would finance me, but that the rate would be much higher. So, to get the car to work for Honda Financial, they actually took another $1,300 off the price of the car! (They had already taken $1,000 off to begin with.) Where else do they discount a car to keep you at a lower interest rate??!? That was amazing to me! When it was all said and done, my payments are $268/month for 60 months and I absolutely could not be any happier about it. The people (especially MICHAEL) were SOOO nice and the whole purchase experience was truly better than I ever thought buying a car could be. I really think that people should visit Courtesy Acura if theý're in the area and looking for a car. More
I recently moved to Orlando and since I have always had great service from Acura Dealership where I used to live, I figured it would be the same here, the price is usually high, but the quality usually mak great service from Acura Dealership where I used to live, I figured it would be the same here, the price is usually high, but the quality usually makes it worth it. I was wrong. The people at Courtesy Acura were unfriendly and uncaring. It took almost 3 hrs to simply get my tired balanced for $60 and when I went back in my car, the issue I came to fix was still there. I called back to see what had happened and got that uncaring attitude of "bring back the car and we'll see what we can do" I don't have another Acura Dealership in the area but I will have to look for another Garage to service my car. More
Our 48 month lease on our car is up in 9 months. Just received letter from the GM about wanting to buy our car and end the lease early as well as exchange our lease for one of equal or less payments, etc received letter from the GM about wanting to buy our car and end the lease early as well as exchange our lease for one of equal or less payments, etc. Of course, it was a come on to get us to rollover our remaining 9 months into a new lease. We figured so but had to visit to see for sure. Very deceptive letter and dealings. Our third and last Acura and last transaction...ever.... with Courtesy. More
