I have to say I am beyond impressed with this dealership! I swore off dealing with Autonation for well over a decade because they routinely created a horrible experience. I would absolutely go to anther dealership. .....At signing I was sold a service plan since the MDX Aspec requires special services more than a standard MDX. Kyle Morgan showed me all the math on the cost of the additional services versus paying for a service package now and there was significant savings, so I did it. When the first service was required I was told I didn't have a service plan but rather I purchased an extended warranty. I said, that was a mistake and why would anyone ever purchase an extended warranty on a 39 month lease with 7,500 miles per year. Clearly someone coded in the wrong info and it needed to be corrected. I contacted Adam Safdari who is the GM to get it corrected. He responded and said he would look into it but I never heard back regardless of reaching out several more times. I've tried calling Kyle Morgan the head of finance and the person that sold me the plan but navigating their phone system and the inability to leave a VM makes getting a return call impossible. Now I'm stuck with an extended warranty that I didn't want and no one to help resolve the issue. At this point I don't think it is too much to ask for a refund of the money I've paid for the plan as a result of their error and lack of resolution. I would not trust a word they say since they only want to close the deal and true customer service and valuing the customer here doesn't exist. So disappointing because this should have been an easy fix to a simple error. More
