My 1st time at this dealership & I am very impressed. I was greeted by a friendly & professional gentleman. My service advisor Kevin then greeted me & we talked about my issue with my tuner/sound system. I was greeted by a friendly & professional gentleman. But my RDX is still under warranty & they replaced a part & repaired my issue with no charge. Another plus, they washed my RDX! Thank you. I will be back for service & would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Acura AutoNation in Sanford. More

The dealership itself was clean, the associates were attentive and they provided water as needed. Although, one associate (might have been a manager actually-Shane?) was very misleading when reporting h attentive and they provided water as needed. Although, one associate (might have been a manager actually-Shane?) was very misleading when reporting he was giving us a “deal” to avoid us going to the dealership across the street. He lead with: “when purchasing a vehicle, you’re purchasing a laptop”, therefore mentioned if he made our used vehicle “pre certified” we wouldn’t have to pay for the warranty because EVERYTHING including electrical would be covered up to 100k miles. After everything was submitted, and car is washed we go into Kyle’s office to sign all the papers, talk about additional insurance/services and the warranty was over 2k. When I reported everything I was told prior to staying at this dealership, specifically because that’s what I was sold on regarding the warranty, he said it did not include anything electrical. I finished the transaction since my credit had been ran already and there was no point of me going elsewhere for another inquiry, but really reiterated that staff needs to be educated on what is covered before selling a lie just to get us to finish a transaction. Just got a phone call from Paul Bezman (New Car Manager) to offer his apology from a terrible experience my wife and I had at his dealership on Sunday August 11th where his internet manager (Mike Thomas) could not close a $65500 deal because he didn’t want to get in trouble with his boss or bosses. Mind you my wife and I offered $49k in cash and a trade of $16.5k on a 2017 Lexus RX350 F-Sport. Mind you, the car we were trying to buy had an MSRP OF $63,500. Mr. Thomas would only accept $49.5K in cash. Because of $500, my wife left after having spent 4 hours on August 10th Saturday doing all the leg work with me. We didn’t have the Lexus on Saturday. We came in my company truck. In a down economy, when people are struggling to put food on the table, they left $65500 on the table over $500. Less than 1% of the deal. Arrogant, self-absorbed and would rather not sell over $500 than to give a customer a smile and make it all about customer satisfaction. During Mr. Bezman’s call to me, he offered excuses only without accepting any responsibility for any problems incurred. A major waste of time and travel to and from Ponce Inlet. Their is no Acura dealer in Daytona area. As an American veteran who fought in combat and suffers major medical issues, I don’t have to put up with Acura Autonation North Orlando arrogance. Save yourself time and major headaches, DONT BUY a thing from them. Pass along kindness, enjoy everyday you get, and purchase and buy major transactions from businesses that put your FIRST! You’re not the only Acura Dealer in Florida, we will take our business elsewhere. In a quick review of other comments, you have an integrity issue with your service department and a whole lot of “Yes men” for managers worried about losing their job instead of giving world class customer service. Is it any wonder why consumers hate to purchase a vehicle? The car industry will never change preying on customers.
