Jeff Sanders WORST SERVICE REP! I was referred here by purchasing dealer for service. After, several ( 4 visits) my initial concern was not addressed. Instead I was told transmission I was referred here by purchasing dealer for service. After, several ( 4 visits) my initial concern was not addressed. Instead I was told transmission fluid ($700) was needed and would fix my concern. I allowed the dealership to do so and also authorizes a diagnostic testing to determine any other issues. A half of quart to much of fluid was poured into my vehicle, and I was given a bull crap report (as if it was a diagnostic) to shut me up. To make things worse, my service advisor Jeff was the worst service rep. The most communication I received from that guy was a short text. He didn’t as so much go over the multi point inspection with me. Never shook my hand, asked about concerns or my satisfaction. He just read what was in the computer and put me off to the nice woman who set me up With a loaner. It appeared to me as if he preferred or didn’t care if I took my business else where. I’m very disappointed in Acura Hunt Valley, more so because I was looking to upgrade my 2016 to possibly a 2019 but such poor customer service does not deserve the upgrade sale. I recently went to Acura West Ellicott City who in return clean up Hunt Valley’s mess free of charge. Jeff Sanders is quite the worse rep there. Really bad representation for the business. However, if you find you have to be service there try Jonathan Marmaras he was the last rep I seen and he was quite knowledgeable, respectful, patient as well as informative. He answered all my question. Overall, Acura Hunt Valley I would NO STARS. Horrible business! More

Very accommodating I have been a loyal customer ever since I bought my vehicle 10 yrs. ago. In my terms, the service department has been efficient in general. I know there are other stuff that seem to pop up other the real issue you want to get fixed but this just shows they have concern about your being safe and keeping the joy you have the first time you rode on an Acura. I did not feel pressured nor intimidated . They are just doing their job the way it should be. Kudos to you all. More
