I was very disappointed to experience how unwelcoming we felt during our whole visit. There was barely any communication. The worst thing was that we signed the work that had to be done but, that they are c felt during our whole visit. There was barely any communication. The worst thing was that we signed the work that had to be done but, that they are charging Hidden fees. ' Service fee' on top of the already very expensive service. When I asked about it first I was told it was for the service bridges. Than he said it was just an extra fee. We never agreed on this. And also aä extra fee to service a car. When you already pay them 220 dollars for some oil and filters? They just want to make some extra money and they are never communicating about this. Will never go there again. Will place reviews on every platform. In the end they didn't even wash of vacuum the car. More
Parts and Service are way overpriced, so are the vehicles. They are above other dealership's pricing and the market. They never match other Acura's pricing because they are the only Acura dealership vehicles. They are above other dealership's pricing and the market. They would not give up a dollar. More

They Always Make You Feel Welcome and Important! I got my first MDX in 2010 and every experience with the dealership since then has been a positive one. The service folks take the time to explain everything and have actually recommended NOT doing some things that weren't really necessary based the cost involved. Recent 9/10-9/11/19 experience st Hunt Valley Acura Jonathan M provided outstanding service every step of the way. Acura, in assigning s technical expert to each customer makes the customer feel that th Jonathan M provided outstanding service every step of the way. Acura, in assigning s technical expert to each customer makes the customer feel that this person is looking out for you and provides updates and information. The waiting area is very comfortable and do it is not at all a hardship waiting for the car to be serviced. What I particularly believe is unique: Jonathan was aware that my air bags needed to be fixed as per some Acura communication. I was not aware of it, however he was and this type of attention to detail is rare. He arranged for s loaner car and when I called the next morning to let him know that my 15 year old cherished cat was having s pst surgical emergency, he arranged to have my car ready at 11am instead of between 3 and 5pm. And my car had been impeccably washed and cleaned. The extent of the services that Jonathan provided were beyond any expectation that I had.
