Paul Nicholson is BY FAR the BEST sales associate that I have ever worked with. I came in because I received a post card in the mail to receive a free $25.00 gas card if I came in and test drove a car. I considered buying a different brand of car but my brief experience with another sales consultant at the other dealer and the answers I was getting about service made me realize that I would not be happy. Friendly, very knowledgeable sales person backed up by a solid sales and service organization. During this purchase, though, there could have been better communication between the service people who were in solid sales and service organization. Dennis was a pleasure to deal with for our transaction for our 2009 MDX. They worked with us on our trade, and we came to agreement on the price of the MDX we wanted easily.
