When I walked into Frankel Acura I was immediately greeted by Fran Meyers. I felt a little intimidated at first just being in the dealership but Mr. Meyers was very welcoming and shook my hand. I had seen a used 2009 MDX on their website and Fran took me out to the lot to show it to me. The minute I opened the door I fell in love with the vehicle. The interior was cleaner than any used car I had ever seen. I told Fran that I was looking to upgrade to something bigger since my wife and I had just had our first child. He suggested that we visit my wife with the car since she was unable to come to the dealership. The MDX drove like a dream and my wife was equally impressed. Mr. Meyers went through all the features of the SUV from the comfort of my own driveway. When we returned to the dealership he asked me what I thought but in no way tried to push me into purchasing the vehicle. When I told Fran what my financial requirements were, he worked with me and was able to meet me at a level I was comfortable with. The whole buying process took about 2 hours. The next day when I was ready to pick the MDX up Fran actually picked me up at the dealership I had sold my previous car to. Later my wife and I stopped by the dealership and he showed us how to setup the bluetooth in the car. We are very happy with our purchase. - Matt G. More

I was dreading buying a new car because of the anticipated high pressure from the car sales person. I had decided on an Acura RDX as a possible vehicle. While looking online at the Frankel website Dennis Kinsey came on the site. I "spoke" to him online and felt he might be a good person to deal with - and I was right. Dennis was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. I felt very comfortable with Dennis. He took a lot of time with my wife and me ( we did two test drives ). We never felt rushed or pressured by anyone at the dealership. All in all , for buying a car, it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend the dealership and Dennis. Erich More

It was evident that my satisfaction as a customer was very important to the employees of Frankel. Both Dennis and the service department recognized the importance of my time and made every effort to expedite the purchase of my car and the minor service it needed after the fact. I was in a loaner car within 5 minutes of checking my car in for service (to get a noise checked out- turned out something needed tightening) and they were most accommodating. I would recommend Frankel Acura for someone purchasing a new or used car due to the level of customer service I received from Dennis as well as the service department. More

After shopping all over Harford County for an SUV, my search led to Frankel Acura. I was treated to a test drive of a pre-owned RDX by the salesman. Shortly after, while making my decision, I was contacted by Fran Myers as a courtesy follow-up to my original visit. I learned the first salesman had recently parted with Frankel. Fran & I discussed my needs and we subsesequently met and I test drove the 2014 RDX. I learned it was a vehicle that would fulfill my requirements and afford. From prior discussions with other customers, I knew Frankel Acura reputation as a quality dealership and I was NOT disappointed. Fran was very patient with my buying process and even assisted us with a pre-owned vehicle purchase for my son. He let us drive several cars and was very knowledgable about them. When I was ready to take delivery on my new car, I had no transportation to Frankel. Fran arranged to pick me up at my home and bring me to Frankel and took lots of time explaining the nuances of the new car. He also reassured me I could contact him or anyone at Frankel with any questions or concerns. I'm hoping for many safe, happy driving miles in my new vehicle (I don't make these types of purchases often) AND with Frankel Acura behind me, I feel confident that it will be a positive experience.
