I could not be happier with my certified new 2012 Acura TL. The car was originally purchased from Frankel, serviced by Frankel and traded into Frankel for a brand new TL. I want to thank the original owner for taking such great care of my new car. I what to thank Frankel for maintaining the car in like new conditions. I hadn't purchased a car in over 10 years. I would recommend Frankel Acura and Fran Meyers if you are in the market for a new used car. I got the quality and luxury I wanted at a price I could afford. Thanks Fran. I just love my TL! More

From start to finish he worked to make certain that I was satisfied with my decision as it relates to color, features, etc. He made certain that I received the vehicle I wanted within the specified budget. He continuously asked questions to make certain that he was meeting my needs. My finance specialist Mr. Dave Allen was outstanding as well. When I agreed to move forward with the deal, we discussed the estimated payment, the trade amount for the vehicle that I was trading, etc. When I went in the office to sign the papers, everything was exactly what I’d previously agreed to! I was extremely pleased that everything that was discussed was reflected in my finance documents. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Robert Frankel during the purchase process. I’ve never gone to a dealership to purchase a vehicle and the met the owner. That was truly a unique experience. It made me feel special as a customer that the owner took a few minutes to meet me and my Mom. Dennis Kinsey, our sales representative, could not have been more courteous and cooperative in answering our questions. Being seniors, we had a lot of concern about the new technology, but Dennis was able to answer our questions. As a matter of fact, he said to call him or stop by the dealership at any time we had a concern or just to say hi. We would come back to Dennis in the future should the need arise. When I walked into Frankel Acura I was immediately greeted by Fran Meyers. I felt a little intimidated at first just being in the dealership but Mr. Meyers was very welcoming and shook my hand. I had seen a used 2009 MDX on their website and Fran took me out to the lot to show it to me. The minute I opened the door I fell in love with the vehicle. The interior was cleaner than any used car I had ever seen. I told Fran that I was looking to upgrade to something bigger since my wife and I had just had our first child. He suggested that we visit my wife with the car since she was unable to come to the dealership. The MDX drove like a dream and my wife was equally impressed. Mr. Meyers went through all the features of the SUV from the comfort of my own driveway. When we returned to the dealership he asked me what I thought but in no way tried to push me into purchasing the vehicle. When I told Fran what my financial requirements were, he worked with me and was able to meet me at a level I was comfortable with. The whole buying process took about 2 hours. The next day when I was ready to pick the MDX up Fran actually picked me up at the dealership I had sold my previous car to. Later my wife and I stopped by the dealership and he showed us how to setup the bluetooth in the car. We are very happy with our purchase. - Matt G. More
