Since AutoNation bought Pikes Peak Acura, the service is horrible! Scheduled service for specific time (9am) for simple oil change and tire rotation, work not done at 10:30am. You have a great crew!! All of my issues have been taken care of. My 1 and only partial complaint, is that you did not have a loaner car for me the 1st time it is hard to arrange a ride when you don't know how long you need to stick around for, and coming from Cripple Creek! But, I also understand things happen, not the end if the world!! Again Liz was great and deserves a pat on the back and an apology if I could I'd give her a raise!! Happy new year to you all. More

Customer service was great, said they washed my car and never did. I asked if I was getting full synthetic and they said yes, paperwork said it was the bueno.
