Originally felt pretty satisfied. Now months after trying to get help to pay out my warranties my credit has been destroyed all because of hail damage and people not doing their jobs. I have been down to autonation acura several times. I have spoke to finance more times than I can count being told that the situation has been taken care of with zero resolution. I asked if I could have the contact information for the warranties so I could speak to someone myself and was told they have no direct contact. So to go from a 700 credit score to a 540 all because of people not doing their jobs is absolutely ridiculous. I have tried to find contact information for some sense of a manager with zero information also ridiculous. My car was totaled almost a year ago and no one can seem to resolve a simple payout. More

We normally use Auto Nation when buying a vehicle but Auto Nation Acura in Colorado Springs is terrible. They were upset that we wanted to use our bank to finance the vehicle through and made us wait ove Auto Nation Acura in Colorado Springs is terrible. They were upset that we wanted to use our bank to finance the vehicle through and made us wait over 2 hours while they were "shopping" rates when we told them who to go through because we already were preapproved. The general manager of the store had no idea what he was doing and the finance guy was horrible! They screwed us out on money just so they could put more money in their pockets! We will NEVER go back and have nothing nice to say about this dealership! More
