Weird experience because the “deal” seemed antiquated as our salesperson (very nice) had to speak with his manager and at no time did we meet this person. If the manager would’ve met us, we would’ve felt mo our salesperson (very nice) had to speak with his manager and at no time did we meet this person. It would’ve also been a great customer service opportunity for the sales manager to go out and meet potential buyers-missed opportunity. The car we selected had a recall issue and we were not told if this issue was taken care of, only that they thought it was. Also didn’t check or ask about a spare but don’t know if that is provided anymore. More
