Drove down, took the truck for a ride, signed papers at 2pm - went back at 7 pm, truck was fueled, insurance transferred, registration done. Drove it home. This is how i like to do business - quick efficient, no haggling or hard selling maintenance agreements. I was not familiar with the dealership and I was nervous about purchasing a car from a non-franchised dealer. However, after searching reviews on DealerRater, I got comfort from the many positive reviews. I called Chris Trombley, whom I identified from numerous other positive listing on DealerRater and scheduled an appointment. Chris made it very easy, had the car pulled up when I arrived and offered me a test drive. After some minimal negotiations, I purchased the 2008 Wrangler Unlimited X and am now happily driving it with the top off after our brutal winter. I was very pleased with my interactions with Chris; he even found a missing part and mailed it to me after my purchase! More

Paul convinced us to just let Mike run the numbers to see if he could get our already low interest rate even lower. Mike was able (after some time) to get us an even better interest rate on the car we wanted. Paul went the extra mile on customer service by ensuring the car was in exactly the condition we wanted. Frank Salce was very easy to work with, no pressure, up front with the costs and policies, etc. I also got a good price for my 2000 Passat (yes, 15 years old). The only "up sell" was on an extended warranty. Not my cup of tea and easy enough to say no; and they graciously stood down on that "sell." Obviously you need to do your homework, and some competitive shopping to understand the market. But, with that said, I think the AutoMax should be on your list. BTW, they do the MA state inspection for free. I drove in on a Saturday, without an appointment, and was out of there in a half hour, end to end. More
