SO happy loved Mike H and Dave E I am so happy I went to Auto Max in Marlborough! Mike and Dave were so patient with me! Mike helped me pick the car go for a ride showed me all the fe I am so happy I went to Auto Max in Marlborough! Mike and Dave were so patient with me! Mike helped me pick the car go for a ride showed me all the features of the car! Dave was so helpful with getting me with the bank and loan and helping me get a great rate! They made the process so awesome! I would recommend anyone to see them two. The worst part I wish I didn't have to deal with was Kevin Spitz the sales manager was so rude I had to deal with him when I was trying to get the car a day early and he was so rude I questioned him as the manager when I asked to speak with one since my sales guy wasn't in. He was blaming everything on me because they waited for me for two weeks to get my check. I told him I work in sales and if they wanted to get the car off the lot they would do anything that day to make it work but no he told me to come tomorrow he was the worst one there he was telling me they did all they can and because they waited 2 weeks for me to get the money I could wait the one extra day! They took the sketchy stigma out of buying a used car! However, these guys COMPLETELY eliminated my fear and instead got me into the vehicle I wanted (07 Infiniti G35, which I have fallen head over heels in love with!) with a great warranty and hassle-free paperwork! They took car of everything from ordering my registration to transferring over my plates and insurance. Paul even took the time to make a follow up call with me last week to inform me that they offer free state inspections! I cannot express how happy I am with how painless this entire process was and how easy it was to talk to these guys- they know the difference between being a salesman and being a robot, which many dealerships lack! Great place sales Paul DiCarlo was fantastic. I had a hard time looking for the right car so someone I knew suggested me to Paul DiCarlo at Automax after a few test drives I got settled into a 14 I had a hard time looking for the right car so someone I knew suggested me to Paul DiCarlo at Automax after a few test drives I got settled into a 14 Nissan Altima S for a great price, I had to do nothing it was ready to roll when I got to Marlborough I never had to go the the registry nothing.
