I have been using Automax for the last 5 years. I just bought 2 more cars from them. Brian Rogers was my salesman. This dealer is phenomenal with their straightforward pricing and nice staff. Al in financing is also great to work with and he got two of my cars financed and on the road New Years Eve minutes before they were closing! He really went the extra mile. More

Buyer beware, this dealership does not negotiate. Upon meeting Sal and describing the car of interest, he described a woman who was interested in the same car yesterday, but was not willing to drive up fr meeting Sal and describing the car of interest, he described a woman who was interested in the same car yesterday, but was not willing to drive up from Rhode Island to make a purchase. He then further stated (which explains why the woman would not make the trip), "to be honest, if you intend on negotiating price, I'll show you the door. That's not how we do business." I then asked about the "year end blow-out sale" in which I had printed a $1,000 coupon online. His response, "oh, well that coupon only applies to 3 cars on the lot"...something that the coupon fails to explain online, hence the "blow-out sale" was a scam. I took a moment to express my disappointment that this was the only dealership I've encountered not willing to negotiate and felt scammed by the online promotion (which implies that if there is a discount coupon, then the dealership is willing to lower it's price from the sticker). All I got back in return was, "have a nice day and best of luck." This dealer has a nice selection of cars on its lot, but if you are looking to get the best deal/price, then this is not your dealership. Also, being told that you'll be shown the door if you want to negotiate price was poor customer service. My fault, however, was that I did not research this dealer thoroughly, hence I'm sharing this experience. More

This is my second car from Paul. His enthusiasm and knowledge is like no other. Once he knows you as a person, he easily guides you into the right match for you. The lot offered a great variety of certified used cars that were in great shape with reasonably low mileage. Experienced sales people helped to register the car and provide information to meet our needs. The SUV that we choose was missing a manual, so our salesperson, Armand, ordered one from the dealer without charge. The sale was quick and without any hassle. We knew what we wanted when we went to Automax, however I found several other SUV's that I could have chosen. More
