I had been checking on Autotrader.com for approximately 3-4 months looking for a used vehicle for my wife. After searching the region thoroughly for a good bargain I kept coming back to Automax's websit 3-4 months looking for a used vehicle for my wife. On Sunday July 31st my wife and I took the ride from our home in Charlton,MA. out to Framingham. Upon arrival we parked and started leisurely walking about the lot to look at the vehicles we had seen online. All the vehicles were there as advertised and WOW, what a collection of beautiful cars! No one came running out to start their pitch, just one salesman was outside (Armand) keeping his distance, probably in case we had questions, which we eventually did. We had targeted several 2010 Toyota Camry's and when we needed an answer to several of our quires, Armand was there to help us.We ended up driving the two vehicles we picked out and came to a decision to buy one of them (2010 Camry SE). The process was fast and fair. I had seen a $300 Off coupon on their site about a week before we went to the dealership. A day or two later I tried to print but was having difficulty w/my printer. Then, of course with my luck, the day we were leaving to actually go to buy the vehicle, the coupon was not on the site. When we finally came to agreement on which vehicle to purchase, we sat with Armand to discuss the deal.When I mentioned the coupon issue he told me they take them down and they usually have an expiration date, which of course that one did. I mentioned that the coupon was one of the reasons , combined with the fabulous pricing, that we had come and that I had tried to print it, but was unable too. This is when we met AL (Finance Manager). He cam over to explain that the coupons have an expiration date and that once taken off the site, they are void. I explained my issue with the inability to print and we came to an agreement that they would honor the coupon for $200. A very fair deal for both sides imo. Armand and Al were easy and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Automax to any preson looking for a great deal! More

We have been looking for a car for quite sometime now. We were looking for a black on black 2008 Honda Accord Coupe and Automax had one in stock. We drove to Framingham from Saugus to take a look at it and were looking for a black on black 2008 Honda Accord Coupe and Automax had one in stock. We took it for a test drive and loved it. We told Brian we would like to purchase it. Thats when we met Al. He was the finance man we dealt with. He was also very pleasant just like Brian. He worked with us to get the best rate, finished up the paperwork as quickl as possible and had us in our car in no time!! Today we had to bring the car back for the sticker and to get our registration. I was greeted by someone who recognized me when I was buying the car. There was a small ding in the door that we asked if it could be taken out. After getting the sticker done today they also took the ding out. You would never know it was there! THe car was done in about 20 min and I was on my way home. I also want to mention that the receptionists at the front desk were very pleasant. All in all our experience at Automax was wonderful and will deffinitly be recommending them to my family and friends!! More

I found the vehicle I was looking to purchase on the internet, phoned the Framingham AutoMax for more information. I have to admit, I was skepitcal the vehilcle was in stock, in excellent condition as internet, phoned the Framingham AutoMax for more information. Drove 1.5 hrs from my home to check out this vehicle - was very pleased with everything. Car was as described, low, low milage, excellent condition and good price. Salesmen were friendly, not pushy AT ALL, let me drive the vehicle for as long as I wanted, Fair trade in, Dan Johnson in Finance Dept worked some great numbers and in 4 hrs I was on my way home with a new vehicle. July 1st- had my mechanic at home did the state inspection & passed no problems. July 7th- had my mechanic go over the car bumper to bumper, he was amazed the condition of the vehicle was so good, only normal wear on the front brakes and told me " enjoy many years with this vehicle". Nice experience, nice people, VERY NICE Vehicle. Thanks again -very surprised at such a pleasant experience AND vehicle!!! My wife and I had to buy a new vehicle since we lost ours to the recent tornado in Western Mass. After researching cars for 2 weeks, we decided to make our first stop for a used Volvo at AutoMax. We had call to the recent tornado in Western Mass. After researching cars for 2 weeks, we decided to make our first stop for a used Volvo at AutoMax. We had called the day before and spoke to Armand about a 2007 Volvo that we found on the website. Armand was very helpful and would be meeting us the next day. We were very pleased with the selection of quality used cars that were on the lot. We had decided to look at 7 different Volvos and after looking at them decided which would be the right one to drive home. Al was very helpful on our paperwork, and we were able to pick the car up a day earlier. Armand was very helpful and patient with us.
