When my '97 VW GTI VR6 failed its safety inspection it was time to scan the Internet. I found Automax Preowned (onlynicecars.com) on car.com with a carfax report on a 2012 VW GTI 2.0L Turbo w/6-speed man was time to scan the Internet. Although I was looking for used cars rather than new - this was used previously as a fleet vehicle with low, low milage. My contact there was Issac for Sales and Dan for financial approvals. Issac was very professional and a great guy to work with, and Dan approved my approach to financing with no problems. A trip to my credit union and bank and two days later the car was mine with my old car going to auction on trade in. The car actually had 432 miles on it by the time I test drove it and was very impressed with what I expected from an essentially (new) VW GTI. Issac answered all of my questions about the car that I wanted to know, and was terrific at making me feel comfortable working with him and explaining all of the paperwork involved (including the RMV registration). Ditto for Dan on the financial end of things and explaining the purchase contract. Everything was upfront and on the table - just the way I like it. Kudos to both Issac and Dan for the great service they provided me in purchasing this car. More

We were looking for a clean 2-3 year old luxury sedan. The selection was impressive, they had a few models of each car we wanted to look at. The process was very easy, low pressure but didn't ignore us either. Dan set us up with financing that was competitive and worked within our budget. After the sale, we realized that the car was missing it's owner manuals, which is a large multi-volume bundle. Paul had a complete set mailed to us within a few days of our inquiry. We had an issue with a check engine light after taking the car home and they made the service issue very easy as well. More
