Automax called me next day and back out of our deal??? I spent 4 hours at this dealership, my sales associate, although very friendly, was working with 2 other customers at the same time. We finally settled on deal after going back and forth over price. I had to come in the next day with my title. I received a call the next day from my sales associate telling me that the owner had second thoughts and is backing out of the deal. I have purchased many cars in the past from many different dealerships, this has been the worst experience I've ever had, I would stay far away from them. More

Billy loves to hear himself talk, listen to your customers Thanks for wasting my time! I spent all day at this dealership. After driving and hour to the dealership knowing what vehicle we were interested in Thanks for wasting my time! I spent all day at this dealership. After driving and hour to the dealership knowing what vehicle we were interested in I proceeded to look the vehicle over and notice the tread on tires was a bit low and the pads looked close to end of life. The sales guy looked up what it said it needed in the computer which was only a ball joint. The sales guy Robert was great and got it on the lift so I could further inspect the car. During the further inspection I notice it needed a left inner / outer tie rod and rather than a ball joint what it needed was a wheel hub (Bearing), were the dealer had previously diagnosed it as a ball joint. They also put a tire gauge on the tires to validate my concern about the tires, and it was agreed that the rears were also End of life and the fronts were not to far off. For the record I have 25 years of car experience. Despite putting this car on the lift and going over it with one of the mechanics and after it was agreed that this car needed exactly what I suspected it did, The finance guy Billy chose to yell at (me) a customer and insist on talking over me. While I tried to calmly explain I understand what is in the computer however I already put it on the lift and inspected the car with one of there mechanic. He has the xxxxx to just keep talking over me and yelling at me insisting he would tell me what was wrong with the vehicle rather than stop to listen to what I had to say and tell me he had one of HIS mechanics look it over. To me, implying that I don't know what the xxxx I'm talking about. FYI Get better mechanics. So rather than stop and try to listen and understand what had already been done and agreed he unprofessionally continued to yell at me the customer and refuse to close the deal and sell the car. The way I see it they take advantage of customers who don't know what to look for when buying a used car. Get them into a loan and then need major car repairs 3 months down the road. I am so disappointed with this dealership and hate dishonest dealerships who try and take advantage of people who don't know what to look for. Billy just loves to hear himself talk and has no customer service experience. Get rid of him and maybe rating will improve. Had a great experience with the sales guy Robert however and am sorry that he did not get this sale. I thought after I left I would be giving this dealership high ratings, but BOY DID BILLY SCREW THIS UP!!!!! More

I found my vehicle on the dealerships website and I have to start my review by saying car buying is one of the most stressful things a person can do. I found my vehicle on the dealerships website and proceeded to call to make sure it was still there. My salesperson was Mike O. He handled me with professionalism from our first meeting until my delivery. The dealership is stocked with late model luxury vehicles. The vehicles on the showroom floor are labeled with signs not to touch or sit inside but that should be expected when you have a lot of people in the showroom and $50,000+ vehicles within reach. The vehicle I ended up purchasing was a 2012 Mini Cooper. I did my research BEFORE I went to the dealer. I knew what I should expect to pay, what came standard with the vehicle, and what my credit score was. Dealing with Mike O. was the best car buying experience I have had. In my mid forties I have purchased over 13 vehicles and this my the least painful experience by far. While I was at the dealership I had the chance to overhear some of the other conversations between customers and salespeople and I would say there is some customer service training needed for some. Bottom line, do your homework. If they have the vehicle you want at a price you believe is fair, set up an appointment with Mike O. Billy in finance is also extremely knowledgeable and experienced. It is a great dealership to purchase a late model luxury vehicle still under warranty. My MINI was delivered to me within hours of the registry and insurance agents opening on Monday and I had zero issues with any of the procedures, paperwork, or personnel. More
Horrible Experience! Shady business going on here. I'm not sure if it was the 'ol bait and switch or just plain laziness, but something just isn't right with how these guy Shady business going on here. I drove out there from Boston to look at an amazing deal I saw on their website on a Honda CR-V. I was told they couldn't find the car. (How does one misplace an SUV?!?). I was then asked if I was prepared to buy today "if" they could find the car. I told him probably not, as there is one more model I want to test drive before I make my final decision. After that, his entire demeanor changed. He told me "we" were wasting "our" time, and that I should come back when I figure out what I want. So basically, he decided I was wasting his time because I didn't have my wallet open that very day. At that point I was weary of doing business with them anyways. I'm not going to mention his name, as I realize everyone has bad days and perhaps this was just one of his, but this sales guy was totally unprofessional, checking his phone and texting as we were having a conversation at his desk. Not to mention, this place actually has signs on the showroom cars saying "Please do not touch or sit in the cars". I thought it was a joke at first, honestly. I mean, isn't that the point of coming to a showroom? I've been to many dealerships in the past month, and have never seen one that cared less about their customers. More
worst experience i went in test rode a couple cars , then i had them take a look at my car for a trade . at that point they offered me $11500 for my car so i got the i went in test rode a couple cars , then i had them take a look at my car for a trade . at that point they offered me $11500 for my car so i got the purchase and sales agreement . i returned 2 days later with a bank check to pay for the car , and was told they only had 1 key and i would have to purchase a 2nd , was not happy but said ok. then i was told they needed to look at my car again and took it around back . i was then approched by service manager saying he could only give me $10,000 for my car $1500. less than what the original deal said .take it or leave it!!(i had already got a bank check for the amt of the original deal ) this service manager was rude and a jerk . he also told me my check engine light was on . ( it was not on before they took it around back ). so this auto dealer makes a deal then tries to screw you by tripping the check engine light ( which can be done in a variety of different ways because of thr computer in cars ) and then offers you less on your trade . I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE !! WHAT A WASTE OF YOUR TIME IT WAS , i just walked out More
After doing an exhausting amount of research I finally found a vehicle that was well priced and went to test drive it. Very good experience very knowledgeable and the financing department did nothing but make sure I was completely satisfied Thank you Dave. This place was very busy but I got all the attention I needed and I did not have to spend the whole day there to get everything done. I will definitely be back when the time comes. More
