very disappointed I can not believe what happened today. Called dealership 5 days prior to coming up today and made appointment to see an Audi ,told by salesman to call I can not believe what happened today. Contacted by this dealership 3 days ago and confirmed that I would be coming out on Saturday. After looking at another dealer called one 1/2 before coming to this dealership to say we were coming and to make sure car was available. Told car was available and to come in. When we arrived and talked to salesmen,were told car as not there due to recall fix the car needed. Got a "SORRY" and would we like to make another appointed. Hate the fact I was lied to and no remorse or effort to make sure the car was there and ready for me. I came out pre approved for a loan and ready to buy. It seemed as though they could not care. Don't wast your time with this group. More

Embarrassing I am still shaking my head about my experience today with that rude person Lori who is the office manager. We bought three of our cars there and had I am still shaking my head about my experience today with that rude person Lori who is the office manager. We bought three of our cars there and had always a good experience with the sales person Rob, very friendly and we always left this place in Framingham with the intention of buying the next car with them. Our last car that we bought there was an Audi A4 convertible and we chose to buy an extended warranty for $3,800. So far so good. We sold that car the week before last and we mailed a letter on January 26, 2015 cancelling the extended warranty for a partial refund. I have not heard back from them so I started calling asking for the person in charge. The first answer I got last week was that the office manager Lori was on vacation. So I am calling again this week, receptionist didn't know when she would be in but would let her know. Long story short, after my fifth call I finally got in touch with Lori who was extremely rude to a customer that only wanted to get a confirmation that the cancellation letter was received. I had to listen to someone who clearly doesn't understand customer service and someone should maybe remind her who she get's paid from. Unbelievable! Not sure if I would ever buy a car at that place again where staff is allowed to talk to customers like she did. More
