They diagnosed and repaired right away, mass air flow sensor. Drove vehicle to fix computer so I can get my sticker, went back computer still wasn't ready, met the service manager she was great very knowledgable set me up with a appt at a Nissan dealership close to me, had a reprogram done covered under warranty, went back for my sticker passed no problems. Spoke to her again and thanked her for a great experience, definately will be back!!! More
Good follow through Jay Spaddy sold us a Lexus RX350. Jay gladly drove the car to our mechanic in Brockton to have it looked at. The mechanic found damage to the roof and roof rack. We also noticed some cosmetic issues: nicks in the paint and some dings. Jay had told us from the start that one tire had been replaced making it different from the others. Over the next week, the dealership and Jay worked to fix all of these issues including putting on four new tires, replacing brakes and rotors. The car was also detailed well. We came to pick up the car and noticed a paint spot that had not been touched up properly. Jay had that issue resolved within a couple of days. We feel Jay worked hard to please us. We were being pretty picky but he didn't hesitate to make things to our liking. He was willing to drive back and forth to Brockton twice to get our mechanic involved. We got a great car at a good price and had good, patient customer service. More
One of the better dealerships in the area for a good deal After months of searching through car dealers this one had the best deals out of any. Honestly I felt that no one was really eager to greet me at the door because I'm a young adult who wonder give them much commission but Mj was happy to help me and answered all of 200 questions I had to ask. His honesty and personality definitely sealed the deal on the purchase. My stepfather was skeptical of the place at first but after seeing how smooth the car buying process was for me he's planning on returning to this dealership for himself. Con: I waited a very long time just to pick up the car. I was supposed to leave with the car by 10 didn't leave till after 12. Pro: dealership works with you as far a working with numbers and trade ins. Bottom line-- ask for MJ More

Shoddy Work & Poor Customer Svc - Lengthy but worth the read I recently purchased a 2013 Infiniti G37X from Automax Framingham on 9/12/15 and from the start it was an unpleasant experience. While signing the p I recently purchased a 2013 Infiniti G37X from Automax Framingham on 9/12/15 and from the start it was an unpleasant experience. While signing the paperwork I was asked by Dave Kerr if there was anything in particular I would like to have done with the vehicle. I asked to have the car washed, waxed and detailed and I was told this was a standard feature. When I picked up the car it was still in the shop finishing with the detail. When it was brought it out there was wax and polish in multiple crevasses that wasn't removed and globs of polish were left on the drivers side exhaust. The carpets had not been vacuumed and I banged dirt out of them when I got home. I opened the sunroof on the way home and all sorts of debris flew into the vehicle. A few days later as I was leaving for work and the windows had fresh dew on them I could still see the wax residue on the windows where they removed stock numbers. I test drove the vehicle on 9/5 and was going to pick it up on 9/12. Before I purchased the vehicle I asked for a second intelligent key. I was promised by the salesman Jay Spaddy that he would make sure a second key was made. He said a "key guy" comes in every Tuesday and Thursday. When I picked up the car I asked Jay for the second key and his response was "Oh I'm sorry I don't have it. The key guy must have been sick or something" Then I noticed that the "I" in Infiniti on the back of the car was missing. It was there on the test drive so it must have come off in the detailing process. When I mentioned this to Jay he apologized and said he should have noticed that. He offered to send me an I and told me how to replace it. I live two hours from the dealership and jay's initial response was just make an appointment for a Tuesday or Thursday and bring it back in. On top of that this dealership is so cheap they can only afford to give a new car buyer $15 worth of gas. Woo hoo!!! During the week between 9/12 and 9/18 there was a great deal of miscommunication. I spoke to Jay almost daily via phone, email or text and explained my frustration. I explained the shoddy work with the detailing and he said he was going to seek permission from his manager to have a loaner car brought out to me and get my car in for service. He would have it re-detailed, replace the Infiniti badge on the trunk and have the duplicate key made. I was also told the dealership only has one loaner car. Kind of surprising for such a large dealership (they claim over 400 cars for sale on their website). I purchased an interior and exterior protection and when I told Jay about the dirty floor matts he himself volunteered to say that he now questions whether the protection was applied properly because it is not to be applied to dirty surfaces and it is to be applied to the floor mats. One more thing to be redone. The Infiniti comes with a lot of features and options and upon taking possession nobody took the time to explain anything to me about the car. I was handed the key and sent on my way. I got home only to find the vehicle came without the owners manual. This afternoon the warning came on notifying me that the battery in the intelligent key was low. I need to replace the battery but a spare key sure would be handy. I sent Jay a text message and an email on Monday 9/21 asking him to call me to confirm receipt. I did not hear from him so I called him around 6:30 pm. He said he got my message but he was slammed and was with two customers. He said I will call you tonight. Monday night, no return call...Tuesday no call...Wednesday no call. So I write this review on Wednesday 9/23 and none of the issues detailed above have been resolved. I sent an email to the dealership asking for the contact information of the manager and I have not received a response. The salesman I dealt with ignores me as does management. My advice to those shopping for a vehicle...steer clear of Automax Pre-owned in Framingham, MA. Should you purchase a vehicle from them don't expect much customer service and if anything needs to be fixed or resolved prepare yourself for a long excruciating process because ignore is the easiest option for them. More
