Saw an amazing car at this dealer, thought, here we go...I could not have been more wrong. I worked with Sam, cannot say enough pleasant things about this gentleman. No haggling, no weirdness, straight forward from the first phone call. The SUV was exactly how it had been presented and then some!!!! Just a couple of hours later, traded my car, (very fair price!), and out the door I went with my new Cadillac!!!! I will highly recommend this dealer to every single person I know. Solid! I traveled 40 miles to see a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited. The vehicle was as described. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Sal. He I traveled 40 miles to see a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited. The vehicle was as described. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Sal. He was not pushy at all and allowed me to inspect the vehicle and test ride the vehicle at my own pace. In fact, the test ride was without him which eliminated the awkwardness and allowed me to truly test the vehicle. His main concern was that I was comfortable with the vehicle and not about him meeting a sales quota. Solid guy. The negotiation was minimal as they accepted my requested value for my trade in. I then worked with Paul, the finance manager. Also a solid guy. He's been in the business for years and also had my best interests in mind. I left 3 hours later with the vehicle after it was completely detailed and safety checked. I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy from AutoMax of Framingham and with my experience with Sal, Paul and MaryEllen. More

Total lack of communication between departments/locations. Had found a great listing for a car that I was really excited about seeing. After 2 calls and 5 emails I was finally able to verify the location of the vehicle, and was repeatedly told it was available for sale. Once I got to the lot I was approached by a salesperson and upon showing them the listing I was sent he told me the car had already been sold. I really don't understand how after talking to 3 different people no one was able to tell me the car was no longer available. Finally got a call back from the initial point of contact in the company as I was leaving the dealership. He still didn't know the car wasn't for sale. Pretty disappointing. More

I found this dealership by chance (after searching online for a Nissan Rogue within a certain radius of our home- the one that was being sold by this I found this dealership by chance (after searching online for a Nissan Rogue within a certain radius of our home- the one that was being sold by this dealership seemed like the best value when I compared the price to what other dealerships were charging for the same make and model from the same year with roughly the same mileage). The salesperson we worked with was a man by the name of Patrick. He was very helpful; he answered all of my questions and believe me, there were LOTS of them. I also believe everything about the process of trading in my car and purchasing this newer one went incredibly smoothly. I was in and out of the dealership within a few short hours (on a Sunday no less, when the place was packed with customers). I received a fair amount for my trade-in and I believe the price I paid for my new car was also fair (in accordance with KBB). Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I absolutely LOVE my new car! Sam was able to find me a lower interest rate than originally offered. He was very responsive to my needs & listened to my concerns regarding pricing. Sam is very knowledgable & was not pushy at all! He made the experience much more pleasurable than I expected. Othet dealerships I went to stressed me out, but coming here was very relaxing and enjoyable. I brought my two daughters with me( 8 & 9 yrs old) & Sam was extremely accommodating & friendly to their needs & mine. The entire dealership seems to run very smoothly and they worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle & financing. More
Shopping for a car, made easy! I sent an email requesting viewing a vehicle at 12:00am and by 8:30am Rafael was calling me to schedule an appointment. I got in at 10:00am and Nick I sent an email requesting viewing a vehicle at 12:00am and by 8:30am Rafael was calling me to schedule an appointment. I got in at 10:00am and Nick Kszepka greeted me, he was prompt at listening to my request and we headed out to test drive a few vehicles. Nick has a great knowledge about vehicles. Fast and quick and to the point. I am very happy with my purchase. Will use this dealership again! More
Save your time and money Automax had the exact car I wanted. I was coming out of state to look at the car so I called on Friday 9/25/15 asking a few basic questions about the Automax had the exact car I wanted. I was coming out of state to look at the car so I called on Friday 9/25/15 asking a few basic questions about the car after I had already received an email about it. The man on the phone was nice and put me in their system and said he made me an appointment for Sunday to come down and look. He also said I would receive a text message confirming and I could text back with any questions I had, I never received a text or email. Sunday 9/27/15 comes around and I call before leaving to verify everything. They had no previous information of me coming or an appointment. The lady I believe Yasmine I was on the phone with made me an appointment for that day to ensure someone would be waiting to help me when I arrived. As soon as I hung up I received an email confirmation I got to Automax after driving 2 hours (sitting in traffic) and the car wasn't even there. I was told it was in the body shop getting the bumper fixed!! When I first walked in I was told they close at 5:00 so they can do what they can since I got there at 4 which was rude from the start since they has to "find" me a salesman. Then here comes Sal the salesman who was extremely rude and unhelpful. I start talking about the car I was looking at and he has no clue what I'm talking about, I had to find the stock number myself to give it to him so he could find the car. 5 minutes later he comes back with no Carfax report which I asked for and tells me the car is not there and in the body shop getting the bumper fixed. This news was even more shocking to me because there was no damage shown in pictures and I was told the car was in excellent condition. I just got up and walked out I couldn't even deal with them anymore. The manager never said a word on our way out and Sal continued his ignorant attitude. Recent Update: A few days later after the fiasco I received a phone call from them asking if I would like to come down and see the car. They didn't even have a clue about what already happened. When I told the man on the phone I already tried to look at it and it wasn't there he seemed surprised. Come to find out the car was there the whole time on their "second lot" and Sal was just as big of an idiot I thought he was. No way I was driving another 4 hours to be disappointed again More
Fast, efficient and right to the point! We worked with Nick to buy my husbands new work truck. We had found the truck online and arrived at opening time on a Sunday. They get one star for having the car I was looking for Worst car buying experience I have ever had. -they didn't have the car at the right dealership so we had to wait while they went to get it -we were Worst car buying experience I have ever had. -they didn't have the car at the right dealership so we had to wait while they went to get it -we weren't acknowledged when we went in 2/3 times -the actual salesperson that was working with me and my wife spoke only to me -after buying the car on a Saturday, we were told to come in Monday at 10am to pick up the car and when we showed up at 10 am we were du founded to find out the car was not ready. So we were basically lied to -I had to call my insurance company 4 times to and then call them 2 times before the registration could be fixed as they copulent seem to be able to fax paperwork over to my insurance -the salesperson who put the license plates on the new car right in front on my wife didn't screw them enough so the front plate fell off and we never found it. - they didn't inspect the car for us or tell us where to go. Every other dealership I've used(which is 3) will inspect the car for you so it's all set when you pick it up -they were talking negatively about customers and each other right in front of us Overall, they did not seem to have their xxxx together and wasted my time. Worst dealership I gave ever dealt with. The jeep we bought was nice though. More
