Exceptional customer service with Mike Hanley!!! Mike is so great to work with. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable. The only negative comment would be the ridiculous wait time for financing. After all the sales persons hard work this is not a great way to help the process. 3 other couples were also waiting and complaining. Only one person on a Sunday is not beneficial to potential buyers. Thankfully Ana Nascimento came to save the day. She stopped in to help on her way home...such a doll to work with!!! Great Dealrship with Best Prices Around!!! I was searching everywhere for the truck I wanted. When I found it online at Automax I couldn't believe ;the listed price, it was at least $2,000 lowe I was searching everywhere for the truck I wanted. Paul DiCarlo and Jim Sauro were the two salesmen that helped me and I can't thank them enough. There was a little price difference for my trade and they were more than happy to fight for the price I wanted, which they ended up getting for me. Total straight shooters, not the same old nonsense at every other dealer. I highly recommend if your in the market for a used vehicle.
