A great but somewhat sour experience. I had initially been financed through Capital One who have a very straight forward process. I picked the car I wanted online and it was not at the dea I had initially been financed through Capital One who have a very straight forward process. I picked the car I wanted online and it was not at the dealership. I made it a point to go in and sign paperwork on Thursday so that plates could be ready by Friday. I missed Friday’s day at work waiting for a response from my salesman just to find out the car wasn’t ready later that day. Lastly, I go to pick up the car and the gas tank had literally under a quarter tank left on it. I found that part extremely ridiculous. For a dealer, filling up someone who just spent over $15,000 buying a car from you should be a piece of cake. Not to mention there were no carpets when the car was delivered to me. The good about the dealership was the buying process which was facilitated due to me already have been approved from capital one. Me being in a similar business, guests and clients ALWAYS come first. An extra $30 to fill my gas tank before delivering would have meant so much. Something that SIMPLE goes a LONG way. I’m a Realtor and that is the reason I do so well in my job and get so many word of mouth referrals. More
