On that fateful day, we were introduced to Tammy! She was the perfect balance of calm and supportive. She was genuinely concerned about the welfare and safety of my wife and daughter. After the dust settled and the air cleared, Tammy was there with us the during the entire process of getting back into the driver's seat and getting back on the road. I have to say that there were so many options of makes and models of vehicles available during our search. It wasn't an easy decision. Regardless, Tammy remained patient as we reviewed, inquired, and test drove several vehicles during our search. My hat off to Tammy and the rest of the staff as they did everything within their power to ensure that we had a hassle-free and enjoyable car-buying experience. Thank you Auto Max. They work hard to make sure you leave with a car This AutoMax w a s great the only problem we had was the guy who put fuel in our tank didn't tell us that the the fuel door was broken off....as soon This AutoMax w a s great the only problem we had was the guy who put fuel in our tank didn't tell us that the the fuel door was broken off....as soon as we got home I noticed it. And he told us he was going to fill the tank up but when it was time to get the keys from him he said he only put 3/4 of gas in it. What was the reason for that, then we realize that he never put gas in it we test drove it the day before and the gas needle never change much so he must couldn't get the gas door open and didn't tell us let us drive right off the lot very dishonest...everything else was superb great costumer service great sales man Rich...this is my second vehicle from automax.... Great Experience! My husband and I went to AutoMax yesterday, not knowing 100% if we would end up leaving with a vehicle. We’ve both been working on our credit, so we w My husband and I went to AutoMax yesterday, not knowing 100% if we would end up leaving with a vehicle. We’ve both been working on our credit, so we weren’t sure if we’d end up with some crazy payment or if we’d be unable to get approved. But we desperately needed a reliable second vehicle, so we figured it wouldn’t hurt to look. Thankfully, Dan Gallagher took care of us. He was super patient and worked with us to get approved for financing. We brought our young sons with us, which was...a lot. The process did take a while, and they were in need of naps. Dan kindly showed my husband that there was a kids play area for them to hang out at while I went on a test drive! He didn’t seem bothered by my cranky kids, which we appreciated. After everything was finally done, Dan followed my husband to our home since our new vehicle didn’t have a tag on it. He then assisted my husband in transferring tags from our old van to our new one. Overall, I would definitely recommend AutoMax to anyone looking for a CarFax certified vehicle at a better price than many car dealerships. More
