This dealer should be shut down, to start prays on young people looking for cars , steals there hard working money , n then when we tried returning the car day later as told to receive our money , locked th people looking for cars , steals there hard working money , n then when we tried returning the car day later as told to receive our money , locked the kids in the gate wouldn't let them leave I showed up to dealer after my daughter called me crying n hestrical and saidan wouldn't let her get her money back $3000 and had to call law he threaded our family stole her records from the office with all our info in the file , tried stealing n keeping our rims n tires , we called cops then after doing labor on the tires to get them back only gave back my daughter $1500 of her money stating that she put wear tear omn car but not true the car was dangerous , now today the dealership is empty and looks like there moving , n FYI they will try to run u over with there car very unprofessional, n head manager was liquored breath , n seemed to me high on something , poor daughter n us are traumatized over what we n she had to. Encounter here Stay Away n watch out there now at other places around town looking for work sad that hard working money got taken from our precious hard working daughter n family More

DON'T BUY FROM AUTOMAC ANYWHERE-DANGEROUS-RIPOFF-LIARS!!! I purchased a vehicle from the Orange Park location through a salesman named Josh. He seemed as nice as could be though he was pushy in some ways. After working with him for a few weeks, we test drove a few vehicles and decided on a 2003 Mazda 6. We told him of the few problems we could tell the vehicle had, right away and he promised to have them fixed within the first week of our purchase. The day after we purchased the vehicle, Josh was "fired", though he had already told us he would be quitting within a few weeks. My fiancé bought the vehicle back for the repairs and then the owner tries to tell me that we didn't finish paying the down payment. I paid a certain amount that Josh told us was approved and Tom (the owner, crook) tried telling me that we still owed $600 more and that he never approves a deal for the amount we gave. I told him that is what we agreed to with Josh and though I was willing to pay the rest, by having him add it to the loan, he decided not to bother but then proceeded to tell me that because we didn't pay the amount he requires, he will not fix the problems with the car but he would cover the labor if I purchased the parts.. I purchased two parts and his shady mechanic installed the parts and then the car was even worse than it was to start with. We contacted them again and they said that is too bad, it is a used car and there are going to be problems and you should expect to have to do repairs. I told him that I would never have purchased the vehicle if I new there were this many problems. Bottom line is that it was dangerous, car shook all the time, wouldn't accelerate, windshield had been replaced and not installed correctly. The car had bad struts, and many other engine problems that would have cost over $2000 to start to fix, which we didn't have. I ended up going somewhere else, finding a way better vehicle with a warranty. We are very happy now and after the purchase from somewhere else, I cancelled the insurance on the Mazda and returned it to their lot with a letter explaining why I was returning the vehicle. This place is nothing but a scam and every vehicle there has many problems...lesson learned on my part...DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AT ANY LOCATION UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE TO DRIVE OFF A CLIFF. THANK GOD WE ARE STILL ALIVE!!! It was a nightmare everyday and I refused to drive alone in the vehicle for fear of getting into an accident. More

Finally had enough and spoke to the owner Thomas Duke! Lol what a joke this guy is! Thomas was very rude and blew off my car issues as if he could care less! I wonder if I was a size two white female would he have treated me the same way?!? I can't accelerate in my car without it stuttering and my front end shaking as if it doesn't want to at all! Thomas Duke doesn't think my car issues are important but maybe you will enough not to do business with this shady dealership! Their are plenty of dealerships that will work with u if you have bad credit... Just DONT GO HERE! I still have a 30 day tag on my "new car" that can kill me and others! More
