They were able to set up the appointment for my leased 2018 Jetta quickly and worked well with my schedule. Even when I had to reschedule the appointment. It was easy to drop off my car and request a loaner car to commute to and from work nearby. I very much appreciated the staffs ability to honor past agreements I had with Colonial VW before the ownership change. However because discussion of said agreement cake up I did believe the charges for my service were very steep and not what I was expecting walking in to drop my car off. More
