First VW purchase My husband and I went in to look at a 2018 VW Atlas that we saw on autotrader. Matt was our salesman. He was super helpful and friendly. Not once did he makes us feel any pressure to buy. He was available by phone with any questions and concerns we had during the buying process. A few days after taking the car home, the check engine light came on. We immediately scheduled an appointment with the service department. The service team was informative about what was wrong with our car and what it needed. They gave us a loaner and sent us on our way. The car was done in 2 days, at no cost to us. We will definitely continue to deal with them in the future for all of our vehicle needs! More

I spoke with Kevin Lee, Sales Mgr. about this and he assured that the necessary repairs would be made, he made me feel confident that they would, and I elected to move forward with my purchase. I needed the vehicle immediately so a follow up appointment was made for service. The Service Dept. was professional and handled everything in a smooth manner, including assisting and paying for a rental vehicle ... and the repair looks great! I got a great car at a great price.
