AJ was my sales person 2 years ago and that is who I wanted her to deal with. AJ was great with her. He did not pressure her, he let her walk around the lot so that she choose some cars to look at. He brought her every car she wanted to see and let her test drive. he answered her questions and made her feel more comfortable with the experience. I will alsways suggest Auto Lenders and will definately buy another car from them. More

Before heading home, my husband and I decided to take a quick look at the cars at Auto Lenders. I am so glad we stopped. Our salesman Marcus was wonderful - knowledgeable, pleasant, and unassuming. We pretty quickly found a car we liked, took it for a test drive, and decided to buy. Marcus’s experience and knowledge were clearly evident as the whole process went very smoothly. Within a few hours, we were out the door - happy with the car, the price, and the service of both Marcus and Sean. This was definitely the best - and quickest - car buying experience I have had. Whole we are very happy with the 2017 Toyota Camry we purchased, the purchase itself did result in a couple of disappointments. 1 - Dealership no longer offers the $250 return customer discount. This was a great perk as the car prices are non-negotiable. The sales rep promised it would be made up on the price of the extended warranty, but that was not the case, leading to disappointment #2 2. Extended warranty initially offered was way overpriced. After some back-and-forth a better deal was finally reached but this is one of the processes we hoped tp avoid by dealing with AL. 3. The interest rate offered on the finance was ridiculously high, considering both my husband and myself have near-perfect credit. Also, we were not given the opportunity to sit down with the finance guy to discuss options - we would NEVER finance a car for 6 years - and since the rate offered by our credit union is nearly 1/2 what we were offered I strongly suggest you shop around for the best rate rather than accept their credit deal. Overall, still love AL and would recommend over any other car dealership. More

If we had a question about any little part of the process they explained it fully. When I arrived I did not have to wait long to test drive the cars that I wanted to see. The cars are immaculate and low mileage so you know you are getting a great deal! When it came to actually buying the car, they gave me a very fair deal on the trade in value (higher then other dealerships that I had visited) and their no haggle approach left everything stress free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a low mileage, one owner vehicle! I would definitely use them again! More
