This is my second auto purchase from Autolenders in Lakewood. Before finding these guys, I’ve purchased numerous cars in the past. Had different types of experiences. He treated me with the utmost respect every step of the way. Answered every question. Entertained different purchase scenarios. I not once felt pressured or that I was wasting anyone’s time. Same goes for finance. All aspects of my purchase were explained in detail. All in all, great buying experience both times around. My next purchase, I will be coming back to these guys first! Good sales, but horrible post sales experience. Purchase vehicle in Lakewood and had it delivered to another location. First, no one called me to tell me it was there. When I went to pick it up, no one kn vehicle in Lakewood and had it delivered to another location. First, no one called me to tell me it was there. When I went to pick it up, no one knew I was coming and didn't even check the car or me and just handed me the keys. The vehicle had damage to the rear bumper and was never cleaned up on the outside - still had was/compound material that they promised would be cleaned up before I got it. After I called about the bumper damage, had to wait another week to get a service appointment. I had to call and make the appointment, even though a manager promised someone would call me. I emailed the salesperson, manager and VP and still haven't heard back a week later. WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. More
