I learned of this dealership by an internet ad, so I called the helpline to find out if the vehicle I was looking at was still on the lot. He was extremely friendly, and very helpful when it came to answering any questions I had about the truck. Next, I planned a visit to the dealership (in Lakewood, NJ) and it was very accessible from the Garden State Parkway. When I first met with Chris, he had the pulled the vehicle up to the front of the store for me before I had even arrived, which was nice because it saved me time. After a quick scan of my drivers license he handed me the keys and gave me a quick explanation of several routes I could take for the test drive. I was happy that he let me take the truck out by myself. Most dealerships I have been to get in the car with you, and I feel that having a salesperson in the car with you while you are test driving the vehicle kind of takes away from the experience. After the test drive, Chris and I sat down and discussed pricing, financing, ect, and it was not a high pressure situation. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience, and I ended up buying the truck. Everyone at AutoLenders that I spoke to, including Chris's managers, who both had a great sense of humor and great personalities, were a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a dealership that stocks mid to high-end vehicles give this place a visit. You will not be disappointed. And ask for Chris! Really nice guy. This was our first time using Auto Lenders after being referred by my brother-in-law. All I can say is "WOW! What a great experience. From when I put into the computer to be contacted by someone, to dr referred by my brother-in-law. All I can say is "WOW! What a great experience. From when I put into the computer to be contacted by someone, to driving the car off the lot, everyone was professional, friendly and the no hassle, no pressure atmosphere was a pleasure to shop in. Mike D'Esposito was a pleasure to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable are words I will use to describe him. I was xxxx bent on the Mercedes-Benz C-300 AWD when I first came into the showroom. But after seeing a few other cars that I wanted to test drive there, I wound up driving off the lot with a Lexus ES 350! Every time I came back with one of the cars that I was test driving, Mike had the other one waiting for me to test drive. He was extremely efficient. While I was looking at the Lakewood showroom, the car that I settled on was actually in the Voorhees showroom. Mike was able to get the car up to Lakewood that same day so I could see it and called me when it had arrived. Amazing!
