But when Philobateer sat down with me and was very transparent with pricing and the vehicle’s history, i felt very good with my purchase decision at this dealership and Finance Manager Frank Rodriguez did not pressure me into opting into any extras i wasnt interested in to begin with. It was fine-I did not appreciate that I was told that I could not use my car to go to the bank to get cash due to a problem with my debit card. I came there for an oil change which I had a coupon for but e could not use my car to go to the bank to get cash due to a problem with my debit card. I came there for an oil change which I had a coupon for but ended up needing to purchase a part for a leaking valve of some sort which was nearly $300…I was disappointed in the fact that the only money I owed was the balance of the oil change because they hadn’t place the part on my due to me having to pay first. The service tech was absolutely wonderful as he took time out of his busy day to drive me to the bank. He explained the services needed and went through it all with me. More
