James welcomed us and listened to our needs and questions, shortly after, we took one of the cars for a test drive. James was very patient answering all our questions and concerns given that we just survived a serious car accident where it totaled our Pilot. James was able to get us a good deal that we couldn't resist, so we went back on Saturday afternoon to make the purchase. Nick helped us too and assisted us filling out the paperwork and answered more question ;) This was the fastest car buying experience we ever had. We are very happy with our choice and with the service and care we got at AutoFair. Keep up the smiles and the good work! More
Great Cay Buying Experience I came in for a car I found with True Car with my Fiance but did not like it in person. After hearing what I was looking for, Ken and Josh presented m I came in for a car I found with True Car with my Fiance but did not like it in person. After hearing what I was looking for, Ken and Josh presented me with a better option for a great price. Then my Fiance was able to get a lease buyout and we drove off the lot with 2 Great New Cars! Very satisfied with the personal service we received. Josh was awesome with our 3 year old who was a little cranky after being there for hours. At the end of the day, extremely pleased with how the whole car buying experience went down. We would recommend this place for anyone looking to get into a new or CPO vehicle. More

Bad customer out of state buy How do I start? I came to this dealership from out of state to look at a nice vehicle. The place was big , very roomy and quite fancy. The staff gree How do I start? I came to this dealership from out of state to look at a nice vehicle. The place was big , very roomy and quite fancy. The staff greeted us promptly. After 20 mins of talking we finally viewed the car, I loved the color. After further examination I noticed damage to the front bumper and a chip of paint on the back bumper and after bringing to the sales person attention he said " wow I didn't notice that, the car didn't come here in that condition" meaning it must have happened while the car was here. The dealership wanted 15,400 for the car and couldn't budge on the price which was reasonable except for the random damage on the vehicle in which they had me keep 500 of my down payment to fix the car through one of their trusted body shops. I came in the dealership with an awesome rate from Capitol One which is one of the main credit unions they use. Upon hagling they ultimately said they couldn't use or find the quote I was given from Capitol One which was incorrect because I had the pre-qualification certificate on my phone in front of them. Found that mysterious because I called to confirm the accuracy of the quote a day before heading there and was told by the operator it's 100% correct because they ran my credit and history. With all that aside we sat for hours at a time the day dragged and we finally came to a deal and signing was all that's left. After the hasle and time spent in was relieved upon receiving My keys to My new car. Now here's where my pent up frustration arises! I received 20 day plates dating from December 22, the purchase date because I had them take care of the car registration thinking it might be easier. I needed the VIN checked but waited till after the holidays to do so. ( 12-28-16).Finally, I went to get the VIN checked and it was extremely complicated and I needed the "title" but I didn't have it on me. I tried to contact Autofair of Nashua many times, left messages and emails and finally got the appropriate response till around Jan 4th in which I finally got the car checked on Jan 6th! I sent them a confirmation SAME DAY I got it done. They waited 3 days to tell me they needed the actual copy! (1-9-17). Did the next day delivery through FedEx on the 10th should have received it 10:30am on the 11th. TODAY IS JAN 27TH AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY PLATES TO COME IN. I have tried countless times to contact this place and ask anyone who will even pick up the phone about my information regarding my situation. Lastly after a few emails and countless calls i get the answer i have been looking for, I was told the process is quite bothersome for out of state buyers (when i first called this place they said "we sell to out of state buyers all the time"), also the company they use they have no control over how fast or slow they process the paperwork and ship it out. In conclusion, I'm extremely irrate at how long it's taking for this stuff to be taken care of and profounded they still use this lengthy usuccessful system for out of state buyers. However on the bright side I had the pleasure of having Ken as my sales person and he was great! Ken was awesome he knew his cars he made us laugh and he was a real honest guy. More

I was able to purchase 2 good vehicles from the same salesman that was great, honest, and forthcoming. Unfortunately the 1st vehicle was absolutely awful and was a huge lemon. Now the most current vehicle purchased in less than a year has had a blown engine Less than a year I've owned this car and have already had multiple repairs that were completed. Now with a blown engine and an upside down loan, they aren't willing to help in any way. I don't think (actually I know) I won't purchase another vehicle from them again. The great salesman left for a reason, I should have left as a customer alongside him for the very same reason. More
