They sold me a damaged vehicle they harassed me when I gave them a bad survey the finance department was absolutely the worst I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been buying cars for 20 years. I received multiple letters from multiple banks after I left the dealership. They do shady financing just to make extra profit. If you are looking to purchase a new VW do not go here. More

This did not fix the problem it only made things worse. I wanted a reimbursement only for the part 430.00 and was willing to pay for labor. Dylan Gallagher and Samantha Marciniak refused this and NEVER CALLED ME BACK, so now I have a very expensive repair and now my air bags are not functioning among other things. They refused to release my car until the bill was paid POOR SERVICE!!!! At least have the decency to call me back, Never again, and I will pass this on to everyone I know,to stay away from your dealership More

We also called in the morning with the sales person on the phone confirming that the car is there before we left our place to drive 3 hours from New York to this place. We called again just before we got there and they say the car is still for sale. When we arrived they say the car was sold late last night. This is an extremely unethical practice to lie to us about the listing multiple times just to lure us to buy stuff from them. They claims that the person on the phone with us is out on lunch but we arrived at 2:30 PM and we didn't see anyone coming back during our 2 hour stay there. The saleswoman who attended us clearly done her homework on us (lied about living in our neighborhood for a long time just to get "friendly" with us). Strongly recommend AGAINST anyone to do business with this dealership. More

This dealership does not care about safety of their customer I purchased a 2007 wrangler from this dealership (my dream vehicle) the Salesman was excellent but the service department jerked me around. I went to them for a coolant leak 2 months ago and they said everything was fine, I went back about the same leak and now I’m suddenly out of warranty. Things I’ve had to have fixed so far.. 1. Gear oil leak 2. Exhaust hanger 3. Fog lights (didn’t pass inspection) 4. Turn signal (didn’t pass inspection) 5. Ball joints (didn’t pass inspection) 6. E-Break (didn’t pass inspection) 7. Speed input sensor Things I still need fixed.. 1. Coolant leak 2. Transmission lines leak 3. Oil leak 4. Sway bar links/tirods 5. Hard-top collecting water inside freedom panels and leaking inside the jeep. 6. Spits fuel at me when I fill up. 7. 5 studs snapped and rear passenger wheel flew off while driving. There’s probably more too. Oh and because of the “age” of the vehicle I could only finance it for a term of 36 months which was fine until I didn’t have any leftover money for all these repairs. Update: I went to AutoFair on 12/28/17 to speak with the sales manager about possibly getting into a newer Wrangler since they offered it as a choice. I completely wasted a trip up there because they wanted me to reapply for a car loan and trade in the current jeep towards the new one and roll the loan over into a new vehicle, oh and I’d need a co-signer OR a down payment of HALF the cost of the 2015 Wrangler Unlimited, are they serious??? How is that supposed to help me in ANY way? By putting me in a bigger financial crisis? Thank you to Matt Laughlin for being rude and lacking compassion for your customer. I guess this business is all about the money rather than making things right. I will NOT recommend buying a vehicle from here. More

Then 13.8 then 12.5 then 12 over the course of 5 days. Car max has the best customer service. More

James welcomed us and listened to our needs and questions, shortly after, we took one of the cars for a test drive. James was very patient answering all our questions and concerns given that we just survived a serious car accident where it totaled our Pilot. James was able to get us a good deal that we couldn't resist, so we went back on Saturday afternoon to make the purchase. Nick helped us too and assisted us filling out the paperwork and answered more question ;) This was the fastest car buying experience we ever had. We are very happy with our choice and with the service and care we got at AutoFair. Keep up the smiles and the good work! More
Great Cay Buying Experience I came in for a car I found with True Car with my Fiance but did not like it in person. After hearing what I was looking for, Ken and Josh presented m I came in for a car I found with True Car with my Fiance but did not like it in person. After hearing what I was looking for, Ken and Josh presented me with a better option for a great price. Then my Fiance was able to get a lease buyout and we drove off the lot with 2 Great New Cars! Very satisfied with the personal service we received. Josh was awesome with our 3 year old who was a little cranky after being there for hours. At the end of the day, extremely pleased with how the whole car buying experience went down. We would recommend this place for anyone looking to get into a new or CPO vehicle. More
