Bait and switch Stay away. I drove from Maine for a specific color combo that I was assured was “set aside for me”. I was also assured they were the biggest Sportw Stay away. I was also assured they were the biggest Sportwagen seller in New England and they had multiple alltracks and Sportwagen S w manuals. They had 1, and the one the “set aside” for me wasn’t the right color combo. I was told by another salesman that they weren’t allowed to do that. Then I asked about pricing for the model they did have. The pricing in their car was fair, but they tried to offer me $2k less than other dealers had offered and insisted that the market didn’t support that trade in. Then I looked at their used lot which had cars comparable to mine with more miles and not as good condition. They were overcharging for these cars by thousands. They also tried to get me to sign that I would buy a car without finalizing the deal (financing, etc). They also bragged abt paying $5.2 mil on the facility. No wonder, they have to pay for all this overhead. Wasted my time completely and was insulted in process. More
