When I arrived at the dealership on Friday, I started the process with Jeremy who in the end had me work with a sales woman named Sheila Martin! Sheila rocks and I can not recommend her enough. She not only made the process smoother, her customer service was nop notched. She followed through on everything I asked. She took her time to explain the car to me. Service department and managers Brought my Volkswagen in for service earlier this month. They found the problem and charged me 632.00 to put it in. This did not fix the problem it only made things worse. I wanted a reimbursement only for the part 430.00 and was willing to pay for labor. Dylan Gallagher and Samantha Marciniak refused this and NEVER CALLED ME BACK, so now I have a very expensive repair and now my air bags are not functioning among other things. They refused to release my car until the bill was paid POOR SERVICE!!!! At least have the decency to call me back, Never again, and I will pass this on to everyone I know,to stay away from your dealership More
