I had a very good experience with Mike Tucker. I emailed him about a car I was interested in online and he got back to me within hours. I have to admit I did not get back to him but he was very persistent him about a car I was interested in online and he got back to me within hours. I have to admit I did not get back to him but he was very persistent in calling me at least once a week to see if I was still interested in buying a Toyota from them. Which is a good thing because I am a big procrastinator!! He emailed me one day to let me know he had a great trade in with low millage. I told him I dont think I could afford a Camry with that low millage and I even told him the price range I was in. He could of came back and said that is the price of the car and he came in lower then what I told him. To me thats a very honest sales man!! They didnt have the title right away and he was very good at updating me once a week to let me know where we stood. When ever I went to the offce the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definately recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Mike Tucker at Toyota in Tewksbury. More
After purchasing my car from this Dealership 9 months ago and giving them high ratings, I am now sorry I even recommended them. Their Service Department is AWFUL. They're Service Advisors are not knowledge and giving them high ratings, I am now sorry I even recommended them. Their Service Department is AWFUL. They're Service Advisors are not knowledgeable and when you try to question them, they just refer inquiries to Toyota Customer Service or say they do not know. The day I purchased my vehicle, Toyota announced their recall. I immediately called the dealership and was told that the recall did not apply to my 2010 Camry as it was the Sport Model with the Denso pedal. I have periodically checked in and was told it did not apply. Lo and behold I all of a sudden get a recall and the pedal needs to be replaced. When I asked questions and tried to find out if it was the mats or the actual pedal, the Service Advisor could not answer ANY of my questions reasonable but was more than willing to write down Toyota's Customer Service Number for me. He was extremely unhelpful and clearly unwilling to get involved. My other pet peeve is that this dealership keeps sending me coupons and "offers" in the mail. Only when I get here, I find out they do not apply to my type of vehicle! I was thinking trading my Camry in for an SUV as we discovered that the car just is not big enough for our needs - I can guarantee we will NOT be trading it in for a Toyota and will not be coming to any IRA dealership. I had an appointment for service. When I arrived they told me it would be 1-1/2 to 2 hours before they could even look at the car. I had an indicator light come on for a problem with my tire. They sa told me it would be 1-1/2 to 2 hours before they could even look at the car. I had an indicator light come on for a problem with my tire. They said I needed two new tires. They came back later and said the indicator light switch was broken and it would be another $150 to fix it. It seemed to be conflicting stories. The light worked because they said I needed two new tires, then they said the light was broken. This was after being there hours longer than anticipated. I guess this was the final straw. Everytime I brought my car in for service, they would find a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed or replaced. I would bring my car in for the recommended service on schedule, yet even a basic oil change and tire rotation would end up costing me over $300 after all the other things they found. I no longer trust them for servicing my car and now bring it to another dealer. More

This place was horrible, I didn't have the cash to leave a deposit on the spot so they never even worked on my deal, I called 5 times and no one ever got back to me, I bought a honda that same week !! Your a deposit on the spot so they never even worked on my deal, I called 5 times and no one ever got back to me, I bought a honda that same week !! Your loss my gain. These guys are just looking for that easy sale, if your looking to make a deal right there on the spot then they will work with you all day, but as soon as you walk out that door they will forget all about you. I found that these larger dealers lack the personal touch. Its too bad. They could have been sdo much better if they learned what follow up is. More
Ron lied to us constantly. On the second visit, when I brought in researched numbers on the RAV4 we were interested in buying, he told us he no longer had a calculator because his manager did not allow it brought in researched numbers on the RAV4 we were interested in buying, he told us he no longer had a calculator because his manager did not allow it. I pulled out my calculator and moments later, he began using his calculator, which he stored beneath a plastic bag. He told us there was lifetime warranty on a moon roof; moments later Johny Dang told us it was 3 years. He and Johnny low-balled us on our trade-in value, and kept on telling me to simply put more money down, so that my payments would come down. How is that a deal? Then Ron crossed out the down payment of $5,500 and wrote in $5000 and asked me to sign it. I refused to until I saw a cleanly printed copy with that information. Ron left and, moments later returned with Johnny Dang. The $5000 offer was no where to be found. Johnny played dumb like he had never seen it (He said, "Obviously there is a disconnect here" while wearing a feigned expression of disbelief. It was so transparent that it was laughable). When my wife asked Ron about that offer, Ron just looked at us like it never happened. Ron pulled the same tactics addressed in an earlier commentary (appeal to emotion): "Here is a picture of my young family, I donated to cancer, my wife had to pay the same fees on her car, etc." He told me the car I was trading would be worthless very soon. Johnny Dang told me that Rav4s are going to be scarce soon, and that this was my only chance to buy one. If I waited, he explained, the price will only go up, because of low supply and high demand. Do people actually fall for these school-boy tactics? Overall, I was very disappointed with Ron and Johnny because of their dishonesty. If they are lying to me about little things like calculators, then why should I trust that their price is a fair one. Futhermore, their way of negotiating was to take away options on the car, and then look at me and smile, as if to say, "See, I am bringing the price down." That's not negotiating; that is a one-way street. I was willing to give, over and over again, but all they could do was offer me the opportunity to put more money down so that my payment would go down. Steer clear of this place, unless you want dishonesty, flim-flam techniques, and voodoo accounting. More
