I used this dealership for service a few years ago. Service was subpar then and I opted to give Autofair Toyota of Tewksbury another chance. I was wrong to do this apparently. My dash is showing maintenance required? My husband was able to reset the maintenance setting to show it as done, however, I am not confident that the service that I paid for (oil change and tire rotation) was actually completed. Another issue was I brought my car in with 36,888 miles on it and my oil change sticker on my windshield shows 40,000 miles. I was given one quote for the oil change when I called and gave my vehicle information to set up the appointment and when I picked up, the price was higher than quoted on the phone and the explanation was: The Rav4 is more money for oil change. I was contacted the day of service and informed that I was due to change my brake fluid (though normal change is done when the brakes are changed (usually around 60.000 miles) and fuel injector service. However, 2 weeks prior, I received an email from Autofair Toyota of Tewksbury stating I was due for a tire rotation and possibly upcoming oil change. No mention of brake fluid or fuel injection service. My final response to this is: your dealership is sending me service reminder emails and your personnel is pulling a sales pitch to do a service (not 1 but 2) that CLEARLY were not required. My main issue with this is: A) if I wasn’t well versed in auto care, I would have been the gullible one to be taken advantage of with your shoddy sales pitch to try and get me to pay an additional $400 for services not required. B) I explained clearly to your service advisor that I change my oil every 5,000 miles though Toyota suggests 10,000. Why does the sticker on my window show 40,000 miles? What did your tech ACTUALLY do to my vehicle? Finally, if those additional services were in fact based on a technician discretion, but your technician cannot seem to add 5.000 miles to an oil change sticker or reset a maintenance setting after service, I would SERIOUSLY question that tech’s ability to determine the actual needs of a vehicle. I am really look forward to hearing an explanation. Thank you. More

And the entire experience here at the dealership was great. I highly recommend using Jose as a sales person and purchasing a vehicle from AutoFair. More
Worst vehicle purchasing experience of my life. On my first visit I was there 4 hours constantly waiting for the sales man and manager to get back to me. The manager was not polite friendly to talk to On my second visit to sign the final documents I waited 2 hours for my salesman to wait on me. I made an appointment the previous day and when I arrived he sat me down in an adjacent empty desk while he waited on another customer. When I finally met with Brian the salesman and signed the documents I was seated in the lounge area and waited another 2 hours to meet with their financing man to sign the financing documents. I wasted 4 hours there waiting to be helped. I will never purchase another vehicle from AutoFair Toyota Tewksbury and will not have my vehicle serviced there as well. More

Similar good quality filter at an auto parts store is less than $25 and is simple to install. More

When I walked in, a young man saw me and came right over. His name was Brian. I had No appointment; but he was so nice! He walked me to the back, said they would be able to do my service. Here David J had me wait, while they took care of my car. I asked about my side mirror, something had hit it and cap was off I asked the price, he told me $70, and that would include them putting the new part on, as it just needed to be snapped on. I was thrilled, and ordered it. They said it would only be a day or so. He was very nice, and I left very happy. More
