As my point of contact she ran the show and did a great job. Kept me informed every step of the way. She offered me a $50 discount up front and when I came to pick up the car she surprised me with more savings as they were able to use some of the OG parts! We have been taking our vehicles to auto fair Tewksbury for several years and I have never been disappointed by the service or the people. My one question is, why don't you take Amex as a form of payment? More

Unfortunately the t However, the last three times I’ve been to Autofair, the labor has not been adequate. Most recently, I asked for a tire rotation. Unfortunately the tires were not properly inflated (five pound difference in pressure from the lowest to the highest). The previous time, Autofair forgot to do the inspection I requested and I had to turn around and wait another 45 minutes. Based on these experiences, I’m quite disappointed in Autofair and am strongly considering having my cars serviced closer to my home in the future. More

I didn't feel any heavy sales pressure and was confident the the services he recommended were totally correct even though they were not what I thought I needed when I originally made the appointment. We recently purchased a new Highlander Hybrid from Gabi. She was amazing to work with, going above and beyond what would be expected. We explained exactly what we were looking for, and she very clearly explained what was and wasn’t possible in ways that no other dealership did. Based on this, she was able to find a car that almost exactly matched what we were looking for and she personally drove five hours round trip to get it for us. All throughout the experience she communicated promptly and proactively, sometimes messaging us well after the dealership was closed. She was knowledgeable and never pushy and we felt like we were treated fairly throughout the entire car purchase experience. When we are looking for our next car in a few years we will certainly be back in-touch to see if Gabi can help us again! More
When you buy your new car, don't buy the Ultimate Titanium Class 1 warranty for your Tire and Wheel Protection - it does not cover damaged tires at 100% because it's not a genuine Toyota warranty. A road hazard damaged one of my tires (odometer had 1177 miles), and after paying more than $1000 for this warranty, I still had to pay $75 for a new tire. Contacted the General Manager Phillip Gregoire 30 days ago, who emailed back right away that he would investigate and get back to me. I never heard from him again. Always insist on genuine Toyota warranties - anything else is going to be a disappointment. More

I have had my 2021 Highlander in for service several times at AUTOFAIR in Tewksbury and have had great service there. I used to go to a different Toyota dealer in the area for service where I purchased times at AUTOFAIR in Tewksbury and have had great service there. I used to go to a different Toyota dealer in the area for service where I purchased my Highlander and a few other vehicles there over the years until they were bought out by some company not from the area. The service started going downhill a bit there so I decided to try AutoFair Tewksbury and have been very satisfied there.I intend to stay with AutoFair. The service advisor Matt that I just worked with was great he kept me updated on the process of my vehicle. More
