I was interested in buying a used Honda Accord, and had shopped around for many weeks, when I decided to check out Autofair Honda. When we were ready Pete was who we dealt with and he helped us make the decision to purchase a NEW Accord. There was no pressure and it was quick and painless. We also couldn't beat the price!!!! Prior to going to autofair, i did a good bit of research online. Initially, i went to Ford. When i was ready, a very friendly salesperson, Peter Wilcott helped me. He listened to what i needed and wanted. He answered all my questions and worked really hard to get me into the car i wanted. He was extremely friendly and made the entire process so simple. Buying a car can be a stressful time, and Peter made it stress free. Even more impressive, Peter emails me periodically to see if there is anything i need, to make sure my car is running well and that i am happy with my Honda CRV. Thank you Peter. I walked into the dealership almost one year ago and talked with Austin Rush, Sales Consultant. He followed up with me for past 10+ months, and never lost his cool even though I ended up buying '09 Acura RL for different reasons (change). Besides not doing business with Austin, I felt, I owe him for being perfect getlemen and respected my space. He never once insulted me for not making decison for past 10 months. I would urge the Honda buyers to get in touch with Austin Rush. He is knows his product. This is my way saying, Thank you to Austin Rush. More
We came to Autofair Honda after visiting several area dealerships when looking for our next vehicle. After checking out the other choices in 7+ passenger vehicles we were certain that Honda had the best dealerships when looking for our next vehicle. After checking out the other choices in 7+ passenger vehicles we were certain that Honda had the best product. They were, by far, the best experience that we had. Peter was very helpful and worked with us to find the right vehicle and the right price for us. He was very knowledgeable and covered all of the details about the cars we were looking at - the Odyssey and the Pilot. In all, we made three separate visits to the dealership, as well as some email and phone contact with Peter before deciding to lease a 2009 Pilot. Most appreciated was the lack of sales pressure and the usual "tactics". The actual time that it took to complete the paperwork part of the process was also the best experience that we have ever had - everything was done in less than one hour! We have spent several hours waiting for the car to be "ready" and to get all of the paperwork signed the last two times we leased at other makers/dealers. Autofair was awesome and delivered on their promise that it would not take that long! Since then, we have brought our Pilot to them for the state inspection and Resist All service. Our experience with the service department was equally good. We would certainly recommend this dealership and Peter to anyone looking for a vehicle! Thanks Autofair! More
I went into autofair because I had seen all of their commercials on television and have heard nothing but great things about autofair. At first I went online to see what kind of cars that are available. So I sent a request to see a couple of cars. I got responses back within the next 15 minutes. The day that some one had called me I actually had an issue with my old car and said that it would be perfect for me to go look that next day. They had even offered to send a sales associate to come pick me up if I didn't have transportation. So I went in on Friday and I was met by very friendly people who directed me to Keith. Keith then introduced me to Steve who was very friendly and helpful right from the very beginning. First he sat me down to discuss what I was looking for and how much I was looking to spend. He then put all my info into the computer and came back to tell me he had the perfect car for me...which turned out wasn't what I was looking for, but then he went back to the drawing board and found THE perfect car for me. A 2007 Chevy Cobalt. We took it for a test drive and I fell in love with it instantly. So needless to say this experience was been wonderful and I actually referred more people to go in and see Steve and my sister actually purchased a car 2 days later! More
We came to Autofair Honda looking for a 2008 Fit. None were on the lot at the time, but Peter offered to call as soon as one was available. He did. However, before we could get to the lot the Fit was sold. We could look at it but not drive. Since no more '08s were coming in, Peter kept in touch with us as we waited for the '09s. His attention to following-up the initial contact is what got him the sale. He kept looking for the vehicle we wanted, and we are very happy with our '09 FIt. Autofair Honda was a perfect fit for us. We bought a 2008 Fit from Autofair Honda about a year ago. It was a great experience. I would feel very comfortable sending anyone to shop at this dealership to purchase a superior product for the money (and that is what a Honda car is). I also have used the service department a couple of times and was very pleased with them. They checked the vehicle throughly and located the problems in a timely manner. Service was done at a reasonable price and the courtesy shuttle van was a major plus. More
I was referred to AutoFair Honda by my BJ's Buyer's Service. During the past year+ I had researched "best" new cars. Honda was my choice (helped by Consumer Reports); and as a retired 65 year old I viewed the Vehicle Stability Assist a critical safety feature. Since I lived 3.5 hours from Manchester NH, all my dealer interface was done by telephone and Email. I told their Internet Sales Dept which Honda model I wished to purchase; and they provided me with a price (which was less than my 'budget'). Obviously this created a good impression with me since most dealers never seem to get past MSRP in their discussions. My last new car was purchased in 1992 and I had lots of questions to ask the sales team. All answers and follow-ups were prompt and no sales pressure was ever applied to me. Given the salesperson attitude and my "budget surplus" I was able to upgrade my Honda choice. A friend drove me to Manchester, NH to pick up my new car on 31 January. Business was "booming" with an end of the month sale; but even with lots of customer I never felt neglected by any of their employees. My friend best summed up my ratings when he said they treated me like a "king". More
My wife and I needed to replace our Accord lost in a rollover accident (it saved her life) and decided we would go to AutoFAir after Christmas only for a test drive thinking a Civic would be nice. We shopped there once before and ended up elsewhere as pricing was a problem. We were cordially met at the door by Ty and he immediately got to know us, our needs, and arranged for the Civic test drive. Having had an Accord, the Civic didn't measure up and Ty accomodated us when we asked to drive a new Accord. Love... When the color was decided upon, Ty drove us to the car (in stock) to see it. He checked and obtained the internet price for us as we really were not prepared to buy. I needed to confirm pricing via Consumer Reports and despite everyone's best efforts to make it possible for me to confirm pricing online in the showroom, which I couldn't do anyway, we left after Ty made sure the quote was the best that could be done. When I received my report I was very happy to find what appeared to be a quote slightly below dealer invoice. Given the times, it was a fair price for a car of that caliber. We called Ty back and advised him we would buy the car and he started the paperwork for us as we drove back. We were met with straight talk, a helpful professional staff, and great pricing/financing on the car AND the extended warrantee. All with minimal effort on our part. My wife drove the car home that day, inspected, with a full tank of gas, and the first oil change on the house. AutoFair Honda was our only stop in our car shopping experience. We had a MUCH better experience than before. Totally unexpected. I'll be back when it's time to replace my car. More

I will definately go back to AutoFair when my lease is up in 2010. More
