Keith was very professional and straightforward in his negotiating style. I had accurate information on pricing and we came to an agreement quickly over the phone. There were no attempts to change the terms of the deal once we showed up in person, and the actual closing prcess went smoothly and quickly. More

He was not over the top and recognized we knew what we were looking for and he worked to get us the vehicle we wanted without pushing or suggesting multiple models or trim levels. We bought a used minivan 2 years old and first visited the website before going to the dealership. The van we were interested in had three seats in the second row of seats making it an 8 passenger van. the website before going to the dealership. However, when we purchased the van the middle seat in the Oddysey was not there. We were told that they would "find us one" when we bought it 3 months ago. We still do not have the seat, they aren't able to "find one." We were also sold a warranty that is from a private company not from Honda. The gentlemen that dealt with our financing insisted that we "need" this warranty. After visiting a different dealer, we find out it is not a Honda warranty it is a private party that may or may not pay you back after you fix your vehicle. We also found out the special features our vehicle has only through another dealership. These features were never mentioned to us, for example, we don't need to change our oil every 3,000 miles. When our vehicle needs an oil change a little light with a wrench will appear. Overall, we are extremely frustrated with this dealership. More

I have bought 3 new Hondas from AutoFair over the past 6 years. It has been a positive experience all around for each car. When I purchased my Odyssey, I went in with my 2 small children. Pete Wilcott not only catered to me, but made sure my children were taken care of and entertained. That right there was worth its weight in gold to me. The experience I had purchasing the van was not only easy and speedy, but also completely painless. Pete made sure that the car was exactly what I wanted and at a price I could afford. Pete is a professional at his job. He followed up with me post sale when I had a small issue and made sure everything was to my satfisfaction before I left the dealership with my van. An employee like Pete is a true asset to any company. I have reccomended family, friends, and collegues to AutoFair and will continue to do so. As a first time car buyer I had greater hopes for the Autofair Honda dealership. I had heard good things about them, so naturally they were on the top of my list to check out. I went in with my father who had dealt with the dealership before but didn't end up buying form them. We got there and were immediately jumped on by a salesperson. I don't think we were even out of the car before we were approached. I found this a intimidating and a bit of a put off. The salesperson we had was very personable and I could tell he genuinely wanted to sell us the car we wanted. He was easy to talk to, but I didn't feel like he was giving us the xxxxxxand con's of the cars I was looking at. When we went to get more information about the car after a test drive, my dad and I sat and waited for over 30 min, just to talk to someone who could give us more information about the car. Every time a person walked away from our table it was a 30-50 min wait before we saw another person! I think we ended up dealing with over four or five people all of whom talked very fast and were very pushy. Most salespeople who came to talk to us about the car and the pricing talked just to my dad, and I was pushed to the outer limits of the table. I was the one who was buying the car, yet I wasn't the person they were interested in talking to! Due to the long waits and large number of people we had to deal with, we left the dealership four hours later, exhausted, confused, and frustrated and car-less. More
